| Objective: To treat Qi-deficiency type of constipation with electroacupuncture in combination with Bu zhong yi qi tang, the clinical symptoms were observed,evaluate its clinical effects,explore the mechanism and significance of promotion.Method:90 patients enrolled in the affiliated hospital of Shandong university of traditional chinese medicine from March 2009 to December 2010 who meet the criteria were accepted into the trial , andomly divided into treatment group ,control group 1 and control group 2,30 cases per group. The treatment group take Bu zhong yi qi tang on a daily dose .electroacupuncture on Pi shu ,Fei shu, Zu sanli,Qi hai, Da chang shu ,Chang qiang, Zhong liao,Yin men, retaining needles with density wave,30 minutes a day. The control group 1 take Bu zhong yi qi tang on a daily dose ,control group 2 take electroacupuncture on Pi shu ,Fei shu, Zu sanli,Qi hai, Da chang shu ,Chang qiang, Zhong liao,Yin men, retaining needles with density wave,30 minutes a day. Two weeks as a course, two courses were observed. Compare and analyse the changes of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment for two groups ,it is judged by the guiding principles of the clinical research for Chinese herbal medicineResult: According to the research results ,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 90%,while the control group 1 is 76.7% and control group 2 is 80% . The treatment group is superior to the control groups, and has statistical significance with(P < 0.05). on the main symptoms'improvement for constipation patients , the treatment group is better than the control groups(P < 0.05). without adverse reactions during the process.Conclusion :Bu zhong yi qi tang , combined with electroacupuncture in treating patients with Qi-deficiency type of constipation can improve the clinical symptoms for patients , and improve their life quality, it is safe and effective ,convenient to operate.and worth clinical promotion.
