Objective: Critical analysis of coronary heart disease patients in intensive care unit associated delirium risk factors. Methods: Collected from June 2010 to December 2010 CCU stay eligible cases, the use of Logistic regression analysis of gender, past history (COPD, diabetes), drug use situation (SNP, tramadol, midazolam), sleep disturbance, EF, cases of arrhythmia, hypotension, or cardiogenic shock, hypoxia, mechanical ventilation and the clinical care unit the incidence of delirium in relationship。Results:①513 cases of patients (male 301 cases, female 212 cases), delirium group of 91 patients, the clinical incidence rate of 17.53% overall.②513 patients were in the sex ratio of 1.41:1, delirium group of 91 patients (52 males,39 females), male to female ratio:1.33:1, mean age (68.33±11.63) years; no delirium group (249 men Cases,173 cases), male to female ratio: 1.43:1, mean age (60.30±12.70) years; length of stay: no delirium group (3.63±2.69) days, the delirium group (6.15±3.80) days.③ogistic regression analysis showed that: Sleep disorders (P=0.000), infection (P=0.000), electrolyte imbalance (P=0.002), midazolam (P=0.003), hypotension, or cardiogenic shock (P=0.000), hypoxia (P= 0.000), mechanical ventilation (P=0.002) for the intensive care unit patients with coronary heart disease risk factors of delirium. Conclusion: Mechanical ventilation, sleep disorders, infections, use of midazolam, hypotension, or cardiogenic shock, hypoxia, electrolyte disturbance in patients in intensive care unit for coronary heart disease risk factors of delirium.
