Objective:Analysis of Initial surgical treatment in patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis (HCE) patients with gallbladder complications related factors. Methods: Retrospective analysis from January 2004 to December 2010 to our hospital treatment of digestive vascular surgery Section 420 cases of initial surgical treatment in patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis clinical data, Multivariate Binary Logistic regression analysis of possible factors. Results:The total incidence of patients with gallbladder complications which had operation indication was 58.1%(244/420) in this research. Multivariate Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that lesions in the HCE diameter of the largest single path (P=0.02),The total diameter of lesions(P= 0.000229), Location of lesions in the liver (P=0.00000726),and The number of liver lesions (P=0.05) were related to primary hepatic cystic echinococcosis patients with indications for cholecystectomy important factors associated with complications (P<0.05), The patient's gender, age, clinical symptoms of cholecystitis, hydatid lesion classification and abdominal adhesion-related complications was no significant difference in the degree; Chi-square test showed that for single lesion, when the lesion diameter≥6cm, hydatid cyst of the liver segment in which the location; Hydatid total lesion diameter less than 11cm, single or multiple lesions contracting insect influence the effects of gallbladder complications differ (P≤0.05);Conclusion:It is indicated that hydatid liver lesions in single path the greater, the number the more, the total lesion diameter greater and the location of cystic echinococcosis, especially sectionⅠ,Ⅳ,ⅤandⅧin liver, gallbladder patients may increase the incidence of complications. At the same time, for single lesion, when the lesion diameter≥6cm, hydatid cyst of the liver segment in sectionⅠ,Ⅳ,Ⅴand Ⅷgreater than the likelihood of complications of gallbladder lesions in the liver sectionⅡ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅦ; Hydatid total lesion diameter less than 11cm, multiple lesions of the gallbladder complications are more likely than single lesions.
