Objective: Based on the methods of symptoms differentiation and disease differentiation, the article is mainly to explore the relationship between polypoid lesions of gallbladder and different related factors. In this way, we can find the correlation between testing indicators, other diseases and gallbladder polypoid lesions. In this article, I will analyze some testing indicators such as gender, age, disease duration, body mass index, liver function, blood lipids blood glucose, the diseases such as complications of cholecystitis, gallstones, fatty liver, viral hepatitis should be analyzed. To explore Polypoid lesions of the gallbladder TCM and TCM physique type distribution in gallbladder disease, the article is mainly to inspect whether they are in consistency. Thus we can provide an objective and standardized basis for gallbladder polyps syndrome. Methods: Adopt the epidemiological investigation, to finish the clinical questionnaire research for 200 patients who have been diagnosed with PLG by the hepatology out-patient departmen, in-patient department and ultrasound department of first affiliated hospital to Henan University of TCM from January 2014 to February 2015. Fill ing in the clinical observation table < Main Related Factors Questionnaire of PLG>, adopt professor Wang’s(Beijing university of TCM) nine habitus classification and < Phusique and Health Status Questionnaire >, to do the differentitation of sympatoms and signs for the up-to-standard patients by collecting their symptoms, signs, tongue coating and pulse condition. And test the liver function, blood lipids, blood glucose, and immune markers of hepatitis b or hepatitis virus synchronously. Using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software to analyze symptoms of TCM, tongue picture and pulse condition for clustering analysis. General data are analyzed through descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance is used for multilp comparison. When the analysis of variance P﹥0.05, using LSD to test, when the analysis of variance P<0.05, using T’ to test. Chi-square test is used compare the categorical data between groups. Results: 1.Through the statistics and clustering analysis of 200 selected patients’ symptoms, tongue coating, pulse condition for clustering analysis, the gallbladder polyp mainly classiflied for three kinds, respectively is gallbladder stomach muggy syndrome in 109 cases, accounting for 54.5%; 46 cases of liver and qi stagnation syndrome, accounting for 23.0%; phlegm and blood stasis by 45 cases, accounting for 22.5%.2.Gallbladder polyps patients are easy to complex cholecystitis and fatty liver.3.Gallbladder polyps incidence of men is higher than women, especially at age with high incidence between 30 to 50 years old. Before the age of 40 to 50, as the growth of the age increasing disease, gallbladder polyp in 40 after 50, disease decline with the growth of the age. Having bad living habits, of which found in modern, affect-mind dissatisfaction, improper diet, see more likely to be obese. Smoking, drinking, stay up late, be fond of faty taste, spicy, irregular diet, nuts, coffee is an important factor of gallbladder polyps induced or aggravated. Single is higher than the multiple.4.The distribution of syndromes is closely related to gender, body mass index, single multiole polyp, fatty liver, cholecystitis and physique. There is no statistical significance with the patient blood detection indexes, such as TBIL, ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, TG, TC, LDL, HDL, and FBG(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Gallbladder polyps often witness to bile stomach muggy syndrome,, liver and qi stagnation syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis type by three each to give priority to.2.Cholecystitis and fatty liver are the common complication of gallbladder polyps patients.3.The distribution of syndromes is closely related to gender, body mass index, single multiole polyp, fatty liver, cholecystitis and physique.
