Objective: To explore the factors that affect the survival of gallbladder carcinoma patients underwent surgery, and provide the basis for reasonable treatment. Methods: The clinical datum of 44 patients diagnosed as gallbladder carcinoma by pathological method were collected from June,2007 to October,2016 in affiliated tumor hospital of Guangxi Medical University. All patients underwent surgical operation.Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank method were used to analyze the relationship between the clinical parameters and patients' survival. The factors with univariate survival analysis showed the statistical significance(P < 0.05)were further to analysis with multivariate analysis by COX's Proportional Hazard Model. Finally the independent influence factor on the survival of gallbladder cancer patients underwent surgery were obtained. Results: The median survival time of gallbladder carcinoma patients was13 months, and the survival rates of 1year,3 years and 5 years were 74.7%,22.6% and 5.3% respectively. The univariate analysis result showed the therapy method, with or without jaundice,TNM staging, with or without lymph node invasion and total bilirubin level were the related risk factors(all P < 0.05).Further,COX's Proportional Hazard Model showed that TNM staging was an independent factor affecting the survival of patients with gallbladder carcinoma underwent surgery(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The therapy method,TNM stage, with or without lymph node invasion and jaundice, total bilirubin level are risk factors affecting the survival of gallbladder carcinoma patients underwent surgery.Further,TNM staging is an independent factor affecting the survival and of gallbladder carcinoma patients underwent surgery.
