Objective:Implantation of patients with sick sinus syndrome, pacemaker follow-up automation, automatic threshold analysis of the management of atrial and ventricular automatic threshold management, automatic AV interval search functions and the safety and effectiveness clinical applications. Methods: The People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2008 to February 2010 was diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome (sick sinus syndrome, SSS) Adapta ADDR01 pacemaker implantation in patients with 6 cases, Enpluse E2D01 pacing device in 13 cases, Kappa 701 pacemaker in 7 cases. Are open atrioventricular implantation of automatic search function, Adapta pacemaker ventricular pacing off management (managed ventricular pacing, MVP) function, open the Search AV+search function; were 1 month after pacemaker implantation,3 months,6 months, review the parameters of the pacemaker. Follow-up, the first program-controlled by pacemaker were recorded Enpluse and Adapta pacemaker atrial automatic threshold management (atrial capture management, ACM) functions recently measured pacing threshold, and then manually measured atrial thresholds. Secondly, recording the pacing threshold recently measured by Enpluse, Adapta, Kappa pacemaker ventricular threshold automatical management (ventricular capture management, VCM) feature, and then manually measuring ventricular pacing threshold. By adjusting the pacemaker memory data, analysis of all selected events in patients with ventricular sense events accounted for the total proportion of patients with ventricular and atrioventricular search function automatically records set by the atrioventricular perception of events under the premise of ventricular events accounted for the total ventricular ratio. Results: The follow-up of the Adapta, Enpluse atrial pacemaker patients completed the automatic and manual atrial threshold measurement, manual and automatic atrial threshold measurement was no significant difference. Follow-up of the Adapta, Enpluse, Kappa ventricular pacemaker patients were automatic and manual completion of ventricular threshold measurement, manual and automatic ventricular threshold measurement was no significant difference. Most patients with cardiac events were followed up for the perceived events; implantation Adapta, Enpluse Search AV+pacemaker function in patients with ventricular involvement than perceived events in patients with implanted pacemakers Kappa Search AV feature the participation of ventricular sense events. Conclusion: Atrial and ventricular automatic threshold management, automatic atrioventricular search function on patients with sick sinus syndrome is safe and effective. Implantation Adapta, Enpluse, Kappa pacemaker patients by the search feature, the low percentage of right ventricular pacing. Ventricular and atrial automatic threshold management features can prolong the life of pacemakers. Auto AV search function to minimize right ventricular pacing, sick sinus syndrome is more conducive to blood flow dynamics.
