Effects Of Zi Yin Qing Xin Decoction On The Expressions Of Inflammatory Factor C-reactive Protein In Patients With Metabolic Syndrome

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect and mechanism of Zi yin Qing xin Decoction on the expressions of C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with Metabolic Syndrome (MS).Methods100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, all taking life style intervention (such as diet control,allow exercise and so on) and rosiglitazone 4mg once a day. The treatment group took Zi yin Qing xin Decoction in addition. CRP were observed before and after treatment.ResultsThe therapeutic effect on MS of the two group were good (P<0.05) and treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). The plasm level of CRP the two groups were down-regulated significantly after treatment. The treatment group had a lower level of CRP after treatment compared with control group (P<0.05). CRP was positive correlated to waist circumference, IR, and BP (P<0.05)Conclusion1,Combination of life style intervention and rosiglitazone have effect in the download of Blood pressure and Glucose,improving dyslipidemia,easing of insulin resistance and inflammatory condition.2,The Zi yin Qing xin Decoction,rosiglitazone and life style intervention had good curative effect on metabolic syndrome, which may be related to the enhanced down-regulation of inflammation.
