| Objective:To test the effects of behavioral intervention for patients with threatened abortion.Method:Select 200 hospitalized patiens with threaten abortion from 2009 November to November 2010 and randomly assing the patients as intervention group and control group. The control group will receive usual nursing care. The intervention group will obtain plus cognitive behavioral intervention. From staff in admission with 24 hours before issuing general situation, and discharge the self-assessment lists questionnaire, anxiety (SAS), SCL 90 the self-assessment lists of symptom questionnaire, compared with two groups of patients negative mood improves situation. Using statistical software SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis, measurement data between groups using t-test, compares the completely random design two sample t-test, do not accord with comparing normal and variance together with rank and inspection of rendering, between the two groups after treatment compares the effect of the chi-square test. P< 0.05 think difference have statistical significance.Results:1, two groups of patients generally material including age, educational level, marital status, occupation, family income, medical treatment charge pays way, disease related information material such as pregnant times, yield times, gestational age at times, abortion, admission patient anxiety, SCL-90 each factor score and score difference, without statistics (p> 0.05 comparable.2, patient age, education level, gravidity, parity, number of abortions and the SAS score, SCL-90 scores and total score on each factor (p<0.05), while the patients occupation, family income, medical expenses, payment, Gestational age and the SAS score, SCL-90 scores and total scores of the independent (p> 0.05).3, intervention group hospital anxiety score for patients with 40.35 +(between) points, the control group 52.17 anxiety score for (patients 10.28) points, plus or minus two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant (p< 0.05).
