Objective: Rearch on the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on psychological status, the influence of heart rate, blood pressure, length of stay for the inpatients with tongue cancer, who receive free flap transplantation surgery. To provide a scientific basis for improving the methods of psychological nursing; To explore a new methods for improving the quality of care and High-quality nursing service in patients with tongue cancer.Methods: Extracting 60 patients who would do the operation of using free flap to reconstruct tongue in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university in January 2014 to December 2014, And according to random number table method, 60 cases were divided into intervention group and control group, each group 30 cases. The patients in control group were given conventional nursing by nurse in ward. In addition to this, the patients in intervention group were given conventional nursing and cognitive behavioral intervention by the researcher. All the patients were proceeded general information questionnaire, SCL-90 evaluation when admission and before discharge. And analysed the data with Spss 17.0 and Stata12.0.Statistical method including: statistical description, Chi-square, Fisher's exact probability method, independent sample t-test.Results:1. The results show that there were significant differences between the tongue caner and norms.2. Using Independent-Samples T test to analyze the results of SCL-90 before and afte the intervention between the two groups.The reaults show that before the intervention there were no statistically differences between the two groups in the results of SCL-90(P >0.05).But after the intervention, There were statistically differences in the results of SCL-90 between the two groups(P<0.05). There were statistically differences in the results of SCL-90 between the intervention group(P<0.05). There were no statistically differences in the in the results of SCL-90 before the intervention between the control group(P>0.05).3. There were statistically differences in the data of heart rate and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05). But in the data of heart rate and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, there were no statistically differences between control group before and after intervention(P>0.05).4. The data of hospitalization time show that there were no statistically differences between control group and intervention group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Cognitive behavior intervention can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients who have free flap surgery, and also can reduce the fluctuations of HR and BP,But it cannot shorten the length of their hospital stays.
