| Objective:Experimental cerebral infarction model rats as the research object,to observe effect of rehabilitation training and electroacupuncture treatment for neural function,muscle tension and the number ofγ-aminobutyric acid interneurons in brainstem and spinal cord which represented Calbindin-D28k (CB) and Parvalbumin (PV) expression, discusses the curative effect of spasm after stroke.Methods:75 Sprague-Dawley rats divided into 4 groups at random:blank group, model group, electroacupuncture group, rehabilitation training group,and comprehensive treatment group, were established to the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) induced by Zea-Longa method,after 3 days proceeds to spasm as treatment object.Using neural function evaluation and muscle tension evaluation assessment body spasms and curative effect:By Immunohistochemical method observate in brainstem, neck and waist swollen PV, CB expression, to explore the number of GABA interneuron expression.Results:①Neural function evaluation:Before treatment, the neural function recovery model group were significant less than blank group(p<0.05), in other 4 groups was no significant difference (P>0.05).After treatment,3 treatment groups was better than model group(p<0.05),comprehensive treatment group better than other groups (p<0.05).②Muscle tension evaluation:Before treatment, the muscle tension model group were significant increased than blank group, in other 4 groups was no significant difference (P>0.05).After treatment,3 treatment groups was better than model group (p<0.05),comprehensive treatment group better than other groups (p<0.05).③CB detection:The immunohistochemical result that the CB IOD model group were less than model group,3 treatment groups were more than model group(p<0.05). In brainstem and waist swollen. comprehensive treatment group were significant more than electroacupuncture group and rehabilitation training group (p<0.05). In neck swollen. comprehensive treatment group more than electroacupuncture group (p<0.05).④PV detection:PVIOD value model group were less than model group,3 treatment groups were significant more than model group(p<0.05). In brainstem and neck swollen, comprehensive treatment group more than rehabilitation training group (p<0.05). In waist swollen, comprehensive treatment group were significant more than electroacupuncture group (p<0.05).Conclusion:1,Rehabilitation training and electroacupuncture comprehensive treatment can relieve cerebral infarction body spasms,obviously improved cerebral infarction rats neural function.2,Rehabilitation training and electroacupuncture comprehensive treatment can relieve cerebral infarction body spasms, enhance expression of PV and CB.3,Comprehensive treatment improved the number of GABA interneurons expression, may be one of mechanisms of anti spastic limbs hemiplegic after cerebral infarction. |
