[Objective]This study is sourced from tutor's subject, that is "assisted pregnant technology of regaining fertility for women and clinical application study after earthquake". Do epidemiological survey on unpregnant female with refertility in hit area of "5·12" earthquake, to explore the relevant factors of irregular menstruation, find regularity of distribution of diseases which are caused by nature catastrophe and contribute to irregular menstruation, search the relevant factors and discover the theoretical evidence furtherly for applying it to prevention and treatment of female menstrual disease in order to guide the clinic practice and study in gynecology field[Research Method]In the affected areas of May 12 earthquake in sichuan province, to meet the requirements of re-birth for women of reproductive age group sampling "Education is not sterile after the earthquake status of the female menstrual Survey " survey, and in strict accordance with the inclusion, exclusion criteria were screened, selected cases A total of 101 cases. Effective investigation of all available input table using Excel software, the computer databases. SPSS 13.0 statistical software used for data analysis using t test, nonparametric (Mann-Whitney U, X2) test, frequency, cluster analysis and Logitstic regression analysis methods, statistical results obtained.[Results]1. This study investigated a total shock after the fertility of women without a child 101 cases, of which there were a total of 77 patients with menstrual disorders, accounting for 76.24% were surveyed, normal menstruation in 24 cases, accounting for 23.76%.2. Irregular menstruation after the earthquake were a single disease in 77 patients to the most common hypomenorrhea; menorrhagia, menstrual late second; period extended, has irregular menstrual, menstruation and menopause rare. Double disease less in common with the late period; with less pre-menstrual, menstruation with volume, has followed from time to time with less:has from time to time with menstruation, menstruation with less, has from time to time with frequency of less quantity.3. After the earthquake were 77 cases of irregular menstruation in a single syndrome, liver qi stagnation syndrome and the kidney deficiency syndrome is the most common type of; qi and blood deficiency, blood stasis followed; syndrome of dampness-heat and spleen deficiency is rare. Complex syndrome with kidney liver qi and blood deficiency, kidney deficiency syndrome the most common liver; kidney deficiency of qi and blood stagnation and blood stasis, kidney, followed by stagnation and blood stasis; other rare complex syndrome.4. Occurrence frequency of liver qi stagnation syndrome exceeded that of syndromes of kidney deficiency, qi and blood deficiency, blood stasis, syndrome of dampness-heat and spleen deficiency. Significant difference of liver qi stagnation was the highest among all the factors, so liver qi stagnation would be the most risk factors for irregular menstruation of refertilitic women after the earthquake.[Conclusion]This study investigated a total shock after the fertility of women without a child 101 cases, of which there were a total of 77 patients with menstrual disorders, accounting for 76.24% were surveyed. Shock after the fertility of women without a child in months after menstruation are less common, two diseases with less in the later period the most common; single syndrome in the liver, kidney deficiency syndrome is most common in complex syndromes Kidney liver blood deficiency, kidney deficiency syndrome the most common liver; emotional factors may lead to shock after the fertility of women without a child's risk factors for irregular menstruation.
