The Clinical Observation Of QingJin HuaTan Decoction In Treating Community Acquired Pneumonia And Reflecting The Content Of IL-1β And TNF-α In Serum

Objective:The clinical observation of QingJin HuaTan decoction in treating Community-Acquired Pneumonia and reflecting the content of IL-1βand TNF-αin serum for studying it s mechanism in anti inflammationMethods:Will be 52 cases CAP patients which is belong to phlegm-heat syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into 26 cases of treatment group,26cases of the control group. Control group,CAP patients adopt western treatment, the treatment group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment plus Qingjinhuatan decoction treatment, treated for ten to twenty days. When patients were treated ten days,the two groups were observed before and after treatment the clinical efficacy, TCM Syndrome effect, serological indicators(WBC, neutrophil percentage), the effect of IL-1β,TNF-a in serum, and representation in chest X ray. Then marking dwon the time of clinic symptom disappear and hospitalization. All results are statistically analyzed with SPSS13.0 and P<0.05 show there is a difference, having statistical sense, P<0.01 show there is a significant difference, having significant statistical sense.Results:(1)Treatment group compared to control group can more effectively decrease the TCM Syndrome effect, serological indicators(WBC, neutrophil percentage), the content of IL-1β,TNF-αin serum, and representation in chest X ray (P<0.05).(2) Treatment group can more quickly decrease the time of clinic symptom disappeared than control group(P<0.05). Treatment group can significant decrease the time of cough,phlegm and moist rales (P<0.01).(3)The average hospitalization days of treatment group is ten point fivety seven, and the average hospitalization days of control group is twelve. The treatment group can more effectively decrease the hospitalization days than the control group(P <0.01).(4)The treatment group has better clinical efficacy than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:QingJin HuaTan decoction assist western medicine to cure CAP suffer can significant decrease the TCM Syndrome effect, serological indicators(WBC, neutrophil percentage), the content of IL-1β,TNF-αin serum, and representation in chest X ray, can charm away disease quickly, and has significant clinical efficacy. It worth while popularized in curing CAP. QingJin HuaTan decoction can relieve inflammation maybe because of it can reduce PMM,IL-1βand TNF-αin serum.
