The Observation Of Curative Effect On 82 Cases Who Suffered From Early Nontraumatic Avascular Necrosis Femoral Head (NANFH) And Treated With Marrow Cavity Injection Of Chinese Medicine Which Could Activate Blood Circulation

Objective:To talk about the clinical effect of Marrow Cavity Injection of traditional Chinese medicine which could promote the blood circulation and remove the blood stasis to treat nontraumatic avascular necrosis femoral head (NANFH).Methods:Under the retrospective analyses,82 cases which fit the standards were involved in this trial and divided evenly and randomly into two groups according to the therapeutic method:Control group (treated with a peck of Huoxuesan, make it a paste with the hot water, and apply it to the lateral of inguinal groin, once a day,2 or 3 hours once, a month and a half for one period of treatment, rest for half a month before go on next treatment, totally for 3 courses) and treatment group (treated with Marrow Cavity Injection of Safflower Injection 5 ml and bone peptide injection 5 ml, once a week, four times for a period of treatment, rest for 2 months before move on to the next treatment, totally for 2 courses).The two groups both take orally Xianling Gubao capsule three tables once made by GUIZHOU TONGJITANG PHARMACETUCAL CO.LTD.One period of treatment is 5 mouth,and there is a rest for I mouth before the next treatment, totally for 4 courses. According to Harris scoring system,should score the signs and symptoms of patients with hip before and after treatment.Every case needs conventional imaging examination before and after treatment and is scored according to ARCO staging system by the experts not participating in the study. Two groups of Harris score data before and after treatment and ARCO stage results are statistics processing analysis.Results:The baseline of the two groups is in good condition, grouped equilibrium, comparability strong (P>0.05). In signs and symptoms of patients,the two groups of patients before and after treatment are statistically significant (P<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control (P<0.05) according to compare between groups after treatment. But the pelvic X-ray by rank and inspection for the two groups of cases before and after treatment are no statistically significant.Conclusions:The present trail indicates that both methods have beneficial effect on ANFH. In addition, Marrow Cavity Injection of traditional Chinese medicine which could promote the blood circulation and remove the blood stasis was superior to the external application of Huoxue san, because it could ameliorate the patients' clinical symptom effectively and improve viability and living quality of the ANFH patients.
