The Effect Of Vaginal Bleeding And Uterine Blood Flow After Abortion By Chanhou Zhuyu Capsule

ObjectiveTo observe the influence of vaginal bleeding and uterine blood flow after abortion by Chanhou Zhuyu capsule. Chanhou Zhuyu capsule combined with Antibiotics compare with single antibiotic. It can promote uterine resumption conditions, follicular growth, establish normal menstrual cycle.And it is important in guiding the therapy and evaluating the response to treatment.MethodsAugust2011to April2012, Gynecology which is belong to first Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the patient was Presented irregular bleeding of vagina after induced abortion or completely curettage of uterine cavity divided into observation group、the control group. Each group have30persons. Antibiotics were given Cefradine Capsules0.5, po, and tid, combined with Ornidazole Tablets250mg, Po, and bid. Observation group was given antibiotic treatment combined with Chouhou zhuyu capsule,3capsule, po, and tid. Two group take medicine6days.6days for a course. Observe the14days, and followed the patients’s menstruation one month after treatment, observation of clinical symptoms before and after treatment-signs, changes of abnormal vaginal bleeding, changes in bleeding time,blood changes,uterine artery hemodynamic(PSV、PI、RI), dominant follicle, endometrial thickness. Follow patients’s first menstruation situation after treatment.Results1、The amount of vaginal bleeding and bleeding time of the observation group was significantly less than control group.There was significant statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).2、In the control group, there are5cases of uterine hemorrhage,1case of intrauterine residue. In the observation group, there are1cases of uterine hemorrhage, none intrauterine residue. There was significant statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05). Comparing the uterus cubage by B-ultrasonic, the differences of pre-treatment and pos-treatment in observation group and control group are both significant (P<0.05), and the differences between the two groups are not obvious(P>0.05). The results indicate that two group both have remarkable therapy effect. There was no statistic difference between two group. After artificial abortion of13days, The endometrial thickness in the observation group is an average of9.43±1.85mm. The control group is8.57±1.93mm. There was no significant statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05).3、After artificial abortion of13days, in the observation group, there are26case of dominant follicle in one of Ovary. In the control group, there are18cases. There was significant statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05). After artificial abortion of15days, measured uterine artery blood flow’s PSV, RI and PI by color Doppler ultrasonography. Uterine artery blood flow’s PSV in the observation group was higher than control group. There was significant statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05). Comparison of PI and RI, There was no significant statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05). Compari son of the time of menstruation resume, There was significant statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionChanhou Zhuyu capsule can significantly reduce vaginal bleeding volume and time; Chanhou Zhuyu capsule combined with Antibiotics compare with single antibiotic. It can promote uterine resumption conditions, follicular growth, establish normal menstrual cycle.
