The Clinical Observation Of "Strengthening Healthy Qi And Eliminating Pathogenic Factors, Internal And External Governance" To Cure The Psoriasis Vulgaris Of Blood Heat Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and reliability of "Strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors,internal and external governance" to cure The Psoriasis vulgaris of blood heat syndrome.Methods:In the 90 patients enrolled in the program with randomized controlled studies will be included patients were divided into 3 groups (internal medicine+ medicine bath group; internal medicine group; hospital treatment combined Chinese and Western Medicine group). Symptoms observed changes in each group, and each set of data for statistical analysis.Results:In effect, the TCM group, hospitalization in the treatment group and western medicine combined rates were 66.67%,73.33%, internal medicine+ medicine bath group was 93.33%, total effective rate of the three groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), Indicating that internal medicine+ medicated bath treatment is superior to traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined treatment hospital treatment.Conclusion: "Strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors,internal and external governance" is an effective and safe topical agent for the treatment of The Psoriasis vulgaris of blood heat syndrome, and no obvious side effects.It was a worthy of choice in clinical applications to treat Psoriasis vulgaris.
