Three Periods Of Fracture Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Proximal Humeral Fracture

Objective: to survey the fractures of theproximal humeral fracture in three phases of traditional Chinesemedicine treatment on early postoperative pain swelling treatmentand functional recovery of the shoulder joint after fracturehealing effect in subsequent periods.Methods: choose between October2010and Feruare2012in theFirst hospital of wuhan and get a complete follow-up of surgicaltreatment of23patients of the proximal humerus. Male9cases,female14cases, up to77years of age, minimum age of34with anaverage age of55years,13cases on the left,10to the right.According to the Neer classification, part II,8cases of fracture,three-part fracture:12cases, four-part fractures: report of3cases,2-7days after the trauma surgery, application of lockingproximal humeral plate for treatment. Guidan in humer shoulderunite in functional exercise, surgical wound dressing change ontime,14of whom were in general treatment based on traditionalChinese medicine sufferer with fracture of three dialecticaltherapy, respectively in early (2weeks), medium (3-4week), late(5-6week) dialectic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, fortreatment. Another9patients undergoing treatment, as the controlgroup. Comparison of two groups of patients with early painswelling restores affected limb, the affected part and postfracture healing of shoulder function after recovery.Results: all cases evaluation of early pain swelling daily overthe affected limbs, which groups treated by Chinese herbs relievelocal pain, swelling and other symptoms in patients withsignificantly faster than control group patients. All follow-up4-6months, an average of5months. According to Neer rating criteria,treatment group averaged85.5points, excellent rate of60.5%percent; the control group average score of72.8, excellent rate of44.8%per cent.Conclusion: treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of fracture, fracture treatment of traditional Chinesemedicine efficacy following surgical treatment of fracture of theproximal humerus is significant, which affected part of earlytherapy could effectively alleviate pain, local swelling reduction,three dialectical therapy, to accelerate the healing of thefracture site, greatly limits to restore shoulder function, helpedto improve the patient’s quality of life, is a safe and effectiveway.
