[Objective]1. To study the conditions of network reporting system of infectious diseases and public health emergencies in Lanzhou,To found out the exiting problems and influence factors.2. To perfect the network reporting system of infectious diseases and public health emergencies, to improve the reporting quality and provide the improving measures and suggestions.[Methods]Data was obtained from investigation on network reporting system of infectious diseases and public health emergencies in Lanzhou, the reporting results of the information system for diseases urveillance and public health emergency report and automatic warning information system of infectious diseases. [Results]1. The status of network reporting system of infectious diseases and public health emergency The coverage rate of network reporting system is 100%, the reporting rate of county and villages hospital are 93.36% in of coverage. The full-time and part-time staff in network reporting system are respectively 34.01% and 65.99%; their age is mainly from 30 to 39(31.10%); their education degree are junior(35.17%) and technical(33.43%); their professional title is mainly primary (57.27%).2. Reporting status of legal infectious diseases The network reporting of infectious diseases was run since 2004, the highest incidence of infectious diseases is 797.85/10 million in 2008; the minimum incidence was 576.83/10 million in 2005. In 2005-2010, no A class infectious disease was reported, the number of B class infectious diseases reported were lower than that of C; the number of respiratory infectious diseases is higher than that of others. The most report card mainly came from hospitals(81.84%), secondly, from centers of Maternity and child care (6.92%). From 2005 to 2010, The timely reporting rate and timely reviewing rate increased year by year (p< 0.05), the accumulative total report heavy card eight, the lack of news in 2010, no counties zero different counties comprehensive. 3. The status of reporting system of public health emergency It is 142 incident reported from 2004 to 2010, and noâ… and II incident reported4. The result reported from system of infectious diseases information auto warning From 21 April,2008,3506 information was sent out from the system in eight counties.5. Influencing factors of the network reporting system of infectious disease and public health emergency The influencing factors are consciousness and responsibility of reporter; timely rate is influenced by timely reporting of clinician; the influencing factors of reporting in hospital are diagnosis and sensibility of Infectious diseases.[conclusion]1.There is a high coverage rate of the network reporting system of infectious disease and public health emergency in Lanzhou city, it can provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling infectious disease and public health emergency;2. The main problems existing in the network reporting system are lack of equipment, cost, and staff, low education degree and old age of staff.;3.The timely reporting rate and timely review rate of network reporting system of infectious disease and public health emergency was improving year by year, delaying rate of reporting of public health emergency is higher, and information isn't integrity;4.Early warning system was sensitivity but low positive rate, and timeliness, and the information of questionnaire was not filled in the form;5.Influencing factors of the network reporting system of infectious disease and public health emergency are consciousness and responsibility of reporter.
