ObjectivesFor allergic asthma as the only result of the treatment, standardized specific immunotherapy(SIT) in allergic diseases has been a very good application of clinically proven, because the incidence of systemic adverse reactions and slow onset time for treatment has become limit the development of two major factors. There is currently little standardization of traditional Chinese medicine and joint standardized specific immune therapy, the subject of innovative research of Chinese medicine combined standardized specific immunotherapy in children with asthma and the occurrence of adverse impact on the onset time, objective assessment of joint standardization specific TCM The efficacy of immunotherapy for allergic asthma in children to improve the clinical efficacy of great significance.MethodsIn the initial stage of standardized specific immunotherapy, both groups received SIT with a standardized depot Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(Der p) extract absorbed to aluminium hydroxide(Alutard SQ, ALK-Abe116, Denmark). The treatment group on this basis, each injection before allergen vaccines red ginseng sublingual tablets. And with the rise of oral gas Zhuangyang Fang to observe the adverse effects of standardized specific immunotherapy and the onset time, and to monitor PEF.ResultTreatment group (combined specific immunotherapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine) in the treatment of 17 weeks (that is, before the end of initial treatment period), the main card symptom scores and PEF variation rate appeared significantly improved (p<0.05), while the control group (treated with specific immunotherapy) in the treatment of 21 weeks, the main card symptom scores and PEF variation rates began to significantly change. Compared the two groups, in the treatment of 17 weeks,21 weeks and the main card symptom score compared with PEF variation rate, a marked difference (p<0.05). Treatment group and control group, PEF in the treatment of 21 weeks compared with the previous period, a marked change (P<0.05, statistically significant), but the value of the two groups compared to PEF at different time points, P> 0.05, difference no statistical significance to prove the two groups at different time points showed no difference in PEF.Treatment group and control group at different time points combined medication scores, P>0.05, no significant differences. Two drugs at different time points combined scores, P> 0.05, no significant difference.A total of 15 patients treated group received 231 visits in children with immune therapy injection, the control group patients received a total of 15 cases of 233 people immunotherapy injections, adverse events in treatment group 5 times, adverse reaction rate was 2.16%, control The total incidence of adverse reactions were 10 adverse reaction rate was 4.29%. Compared the two groups, the treatment group incidence of adverse reactions than the control group the incidence of adverse reactions. The rank sum test, P<0.05, that the difference was statistically significant.Treatment group in 12 weeks(including treatment of 17 weeks,21 weeks) TCM syndrome score was significantly improved compared to the previous, P<0.01, differences were highly statistically significant. The control group in all TCM treatment time scores, P> 0.05, no significant differences. Groups to the treatment of 21 weeks compared Syndrome score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionBy comparing the main points and the PEF syndrome, standardized specific immunotherapy, after loading of Traditional Chinese Medicine, onset time, standardized specific immunotherapy than a simple advance, significantly reduced incidence of adverse reactions, no serious systemic adverse reactions. Treatment group in alleviating the TCM syndrome score, the higher than the control group. In summary, standardized specific immunotherapy after load of Chinese medicine can shorten the onset time and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, to improve the efficacy of allergic asthma in children is important.
