Objective:Through the detection of serum allergen-specific IgE,the relationship between common respiratory diseases and IgE-mediated allergic reaction in children was studied,which provided some theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of allergic respiratory diseases in children.Methods:Department of Pediatrics,second affiliated Hospital of Southern Anhui Medical College,outpatient and inpatient children with respiratory diseases between September 2018 and March 2019 were collected.Serum allergen specific IgE,was detected by immunoblotting in vitro to analyze the specific IgE expression of all kinds of allergen combinations in children.Results:The total positive rate of serum IgE in 211 children with respiratory diseases was 64.9%(137/211),the positive rate of male was 68.2%(75/110),the positive rate of female was 61.4%(62/101).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of total IgE between different sexes(?~2=1.068,P>0.05);The positive rates of sIgE and food allergens were 48.8%(103/211),32.2%(68/211)and 19.9%(42/211),respectively.Both inhaled and food allergens were found to be positive in3.3%(7/211).Inhaled allergens were higher than those with both food and food allergens.In addition,The positive rate of sIgE in male and female was 49.1%(54/110)and 48.5%(49/101)respectively.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of sIgE between different sexes(?~2=0.007,P>0.05).The higher positive rates of inhaled allergen sIgE were dust mite combination(18.4%),dwarf ragweed/Artemisia artemisia combination(12.6%),mold combination(10.7%).The highest positive rate of food allergen sIgE was milk(12.6%),chicken protein(8.7%)and bovine/mutton combination(6.8%).Children of different ages have different types of allergens,the infants under 3 years old are mainly food allergens,the positive rate of chicken protein and milk is higher,the positive rate of milk is the highest.The main allergen is dust mite,dwarf ragweed,artemisinin.The positive rate of total IgE was86.4%for bronchial asthma,84.6%for allergic rhinitis and 71.2%for bronchitis from high to low,respectively.62.2%of bronchopneumonia and 11.1%of bronchiolitis;The positive rate of total serum IgE between urban and suburban children in this area was significantly higher than that in suburban area(?~2=5.046,P<0.05).The results of serum total IgE in children with or without familial history of allergic diseases were compared,and the results were significantly different,and there was significant difference between them(?~2=8.752,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Allergen is one of the important causes of common respiratory diseases in children.Early detection of sIgE,in order to avoid contact with possible allergens in time and improve the clinical treatment effect.2.By detecting serum allergen sIgE,we can find out the potential allergens in time,and provide important theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of allergen-related diseases in the future.
