The current clinical treatment is mainly western medi cine, such as analgesics primarily. But these analgesic effects not only bi g, and still have addiction risk. Because acupuncture is simple, inexpens-ive, efficacious, wide adaptability, without side effects and no dependence, so more and more patients become favour it day by day. Associate profess or Lijianjiang often treats migraine with aso-motor area, and the clinica 1 therapy is very significant.ObjectivesObserving the clinical efficacy of acupuncture aso-motor area to migraine, and having a prospective control study to the team of sensory region, thus evaluation the clinical curative effect of migraine by acupuncturing the aso-motor area. Methods We use a randomized controlled trial of clinical research methods. Se lecting 65 patients of migraine as the cases of study, according to the r atio of 1:1 were randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture and mo vement with dialectic of.channels and tendons treatment) and control grou p(traditional acupuncture). Record and observe the scores of headache inde x which to evaluate the efficacy at 0 days before treatment, and a hour 1 ater the first treatment, one course of treatment and two course of treat ment,1 month after treatment, and record the adverse events in the cours e of the study, and use the statistical methods for analysis.Results1. Before treatment, the treatment group and control group in general, headache index score was no significant difference (P>0.05).2. After a hour later of the first treatment, one course of treatment and two-course of treatment,1 month after treatment, compared with the before treatment, there is significantly different (P<0.05) in two groups'scores of headache index3. After a hour later of the first treatment, one course of treatment and two course of treatment,1 month after treatment, make a transverse comparison between the two teams, the result shows the treatment group's scores of headache index are lower than control group's, there are significant differences (P<0.05). there are significant differences (P<0.05) between the two teams'curative effect differences (P<0.05).4. In the course of the study, there are no adverse events, such as halo pin, curved needle, broken needle, and hematoma.ConclusionAcupuncture treatment with Aso-motor area is the effective method to treat Migraine. Both treatments can reduce the headache index, improving clinical symptoms, and the Aso-motor area'team is better than the sensory area'team in short-term and long-term effect.
