| Objectiveâ‘ To examin the expression of telomerase and Survivin in different phases of CIN and Cervical Carcinoma, research the possible molecular mechanism in the development of CIN;â‘¡To investigate the relativity between molecular mechanism in the development of CIN and TCM syndrome types, provide a new approach and the scientific basis for Chinese medicine to prevent the change from CIN to cervical carcinoma.MethodsTo take 55 cases of chronic cervicitis,CIN and cervical carcinoma patients who are diagnosed and treated in guangzhou university of TCM gynecological clinic and the inpatient (mainly for the inpatient) from March 2010 to March 2011, divide them into Spleen deficiency group and damp-heat group randomly by Checking random number tableon the basis of treatmemt'order. To examin the expression of telomerase and Survivin in 55 patients'specimens with the method of immunohistochemistry, And then to analyse the different expression of telomerase and Survivin between Spleen deficiency group and damp-heat groupResultsâ‘ in both CIN and cervical cancer tissues, the expression of telomerase and Survivin escslated, and along with the malignant transformation of cervical lesions, these two factors'expression were gradually strengthened.â‘¡The damp-heat group takes a greater part than the Spleen deficiency group.â‘¢ The expression of the two factors are both increased in CIN and cervical carcinoma. The difference is the expression of telomerase is stronger in damp-heat group than that in Spleen deficiency group, but there is no obvious difference about the expression of Survivin between the two different types.ConclusionTo detect the telomerase and Survivin protein which could play vital roles in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma have an very important significance in the development of cervical lesions and the chance of CIN. Cervical lesions pertain to Leucorrhoea disease which are often divided into types:damp-heat type and Spleen deficiency type, yet the former one is more common(the number of damp-heat type is 28 cases which compare to Spleen deficiency type is 22 cases). And the telomerase has a better expression in damp-heat type (P<0,05), but the Survivin protein have no distinct differences between the two types (P>0.05), so the method of clearing heat and dampness could be used to explore the prevention and treatment in the Chinese clinical medicine. |
