| [Purpose] To observe the clinical effect and the safety of Fan Bing Liquid on treating chronic cervicitis after LEER[Method] We divided randomly 90 patients into three groups,Fan Bing Liquid group, Yunnanbaiyao group, and control group, each group of 30 cases. Continuous treatment of 3 courses, followed up for 5 times, compare follow-up three groups of patients after vaginal drainage, bleeding, duration and quantity, coagulant time, cervix adhesion, postoperative bleeding and infection rate, again to determine three groups of therapeutic effect.[Results] After 12 weeks of review,3 groups of patients (not including lost respondents) cervical wound fully healed, the cure rate is 100%. Fan Bing Liquid group, compared with the control group, postoperative vaginal discharge, bleeding time and volume and wound healing time were significant different (P<0.01); Fan Bing Liquid group, compared with the Yunnanbaiyao group, postoperative vaginal discharge, bleeding time and volume and wound healing time all have different (P<0.05); Yunnanbaiyao compared with the control group, time and amount of vaginal discharge were significant differences (P<0.01), time and amount of vaginal bleeding, wound healing time is also a difference (P<0.05). Clinical observation in the process no 1 patients with infection, adhesions of cervix and require postoperative bleeding again.[Conclusions] LEEP is by far the most advanced method for diagnosis of cervical diseases treatment, but there is a problem with more complications after operation. This study used Fan Bing liquid and Yunnanbaiyao to treatment of chronic cervicitis after LEEP, compare with the control group, both drugs are effective in reducing vaginal discharge and bleeding time, to reduce the amount of vaginal discharge and bleeding, speed up the healing time after LEEP, but the two drugs, by contrast, Fan Bing liquid is better than the treatment effect of Yunnanbaiyao.
