Clinical Observation Of Xiaomi Suppository In The Treatment Of Subcortical Diseases Of Damp Heat Type After Loop Electro Surgical Excision Procedure

Purpose and significance: Observe the effect of Xiaomi suppository on hemostasis,wound healing,the improvement of TCM syndrome and vaginal micro ecological environment after LEEP in patients of damp heat type,evaluate the effectiveness of Xiaomi suppository,explore a new way to effectively improve the adverse reactions after LEEP and accelerate the recovery.Methods: From June 2020 to December 2020,70 patients who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Shandong Provincial hospital and met the inclusion criteria(the histopathological diagnosis was CINII-CINIII)were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group(postoperative oral caffeic acid tablets combined with external use of Xiaomi suppository)and the control group(postoperative oral caffeic acid tablets).Before the operation,record the TCM syndrome score and vaginal microecological function in all groups.After 1 month,vaginal microecological function was examined,TCM syndrome score,clinical symptoms and signs score were recorded.Using SPSS23.0 statistical software,the test results were compared and analyzed by parametric test and nonparametric test.Results: 1.TCM syndrome score:the two groups were better than before operation,and the experimental group was better than the control group after operation.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome curative effect: one month after operation,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 77.4%,and that of the control group was 48.5%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Single TCM symptom score:(1)in the improvement of leucorrhea quantity,leucorrhea color,leucorrhea smell and leucorrhea quality:the two groups were better than before operation,and the experimental group was better than the control group after operation.The above differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)There was no significant improvement and difference in bitter and greasy mouth,lower abdominal or lumbosacral pain,less yellow urine,general sleepiness and fatigue,chest tightness and numbness,and stool stickiness between the two groups(P>0.05).4.After operation,the scores of clinical symptoms and signs:the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After operation,the scores of single clinical symptoms and signs:the time of vaginal bleeding/drainage,the amount of vaginal bleeding/drainage and wound healing of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Vaginal microecological function:the two groups were better than before operation,and the experimental group was better than the control group after operation.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Caffeic acid tablets combined with Xiaomi suppository can effectively improve damp heat type in patients with LEEP,especially for leucorrhea.It has high curative effect on TCM syndrome.At the same time,it can promote postoperative hemostasis,wound healing and improve the vaginal micro ecological environment of patients without obviously adverse reactions,and it can make up for the deficiency of caffeic acid tablets.
