Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Primary Osteoporosis (Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis) With Fugujianbu Pill

Objective:through a rigorous clinical observation research, analyze clinical curative effect of Fugujianbu pill on primary osteoporosis and the mechanism and drug safety.Methods:the primary osteoporosis patients 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the former was treated with Fugujianbu pill and the latter with Gushukang capsule.1,2,3 months were observed and compared two groups changes of ostealgi a integration of lumbar and limbs,after 3 months,traditional Chinese medicine(TMC)syndrome curative effect,syndrome total score and clinical symptom of two groups together with biochemical targets of osseous metabolism and changes after the osseous density therapy were compared and were analyzed by statistics method.Results:Fugujianbu pill could obviously decrease traditional Chinese medicine (TMC)syndrome score, could improve traditional Chinese medicine(TMC) symptoms,the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine(TMC) sympt- om in therapeutic group is 90.0%, could improve the soreness and weakness of waist and kneeswere, paralysis of the legs,the hardship stride,dizzy, them has no significant difference (P>0.05)than Gushukang capsule. Fugujianbu pill could enhance the patients' osseous density (L1-4,G.T,Wards triangle,Neck), them has no significat difference (P> 0.05)than Gushukang. capsule. Fugujianbu pill could improved the standard of biochemical targets of osseous metabolism, reduced the standard of N-MID osseous calaium substance,PTH,β-CTx,and the standard of them wasnot lower than Gushukang capsule's (P>0.05).Conclusion:It has true and certain effect in the process of treating primary oste-oporosis when Fugujianbu pill is adopted. It can treat both manifestation and root cause of primary osteoporosis and reduce ostealgia integration of lumbar and limbs.By the principle of reduce the standard of N-MID osseous calaium substance,PTH,β-CTx,it can promote the osseous' formation,reduce the osseous'absorption,improve the osseous'metabolism, enhance the patients' osseous'density,it can prevent and cure the osteoporosis.Its clinical use is safe and it is a worthy of research and development of proprietary Chinese medicine.
