As a global infectious disease, AIDS has not been unfamiliar for us. As the number of infectious people has been increasing, especially among the young child-bearing period women, the special group of AIDS pregnant women is constantly expanding. Therefore, analyzing AIDS pregnant women from the perspective of Ethics emerges as the times require.To enhance the practical significance, this dissertation first introduces the AIDS survey and an overview of the current global AIDS pregnant women, by analyzing the HIV/AIDS infection among them, and the special group the AIDS pregnant woman, it comes to the conclusion that they bear the characteristics like crypticity, particularity, scariness and so on. Second, it elaborates on the ethical dilemma caused by the special group from the perspective of the social ethical problems, doctor-patient relationship ethical problems, family ethical problems and ethical problems. Third, starting with the ethical principles, it analyzes the current principle between " beneficence " and "Caring for the Aids people ", "respect", and "Protecting for the Aids people ", " benevolence " and "Admitting the Aids people ", "Humanitarian" and "Helping the Aids people ", aiming to enable Aids pregnant women to gain fundamental respects in a variety of ethical principles. Finally it discusses resolutions to the AIDS pregnant women, from the angle of the substantial ethical issues and procedure ethical problems to deliberate on what should be done, what should not be done, and how to do for AIDS pregnant women.
