Observation Of Jie Du Xiao Cuo Decoction Treating On Acne Vulgarize

Objective:1 To compare the clinical efficacy of Jie Du Xiao Cuo Decoction versus Viaminate capsules in the treatment of female acne vulgarize;2 To compare the clinical symptoms of Jie Du Xiao Cuo Decoction versus Viaminate capsules in the treatment of female acne vulgarize;3 To compare the biological characteristics of the skin surface of Jie Du Xiao Cuo Decoction versus Viaminate capsules in the treatment of female acne vulgarize;4 To explore a more suitable prescription for female acne vulgarize.Methods:1 Case selection: 60 patients who came from The Hebei Province Hospital out-patient clinical in 12/2009 to 9/2010.The disease was diagnosised according to typical clinical manifestation. The International Classification of acne judged in the classification (Ⅰ)-class, middle (Ⅱ) level, TCM syndrome meet to lung and stumach hot which performance is that facial lesions,back large red papules,nodules,pustules,mouth and then dry,urine red,the body difficulties,poor appetite,more vaginal discharge,red tongue,yellow fur,slippery pulse.2 Divided groups: The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 30 in treatment group and 30 in compare group. The two groups were no difference in the aspect of age, sex and course of disease(P>0.05).3 Index observation: the therapeutic effect was evaluated at the ending of the research in 60 patients .To detect the main symptoms of grade points, with symptoms of the situation, the biological characteristics of the skin surface conditions before and after treatment. Results:1 Comparison of the effective power : In treatment group, clinical cure in 17 cases, effective in 6 cases, utility in 4 cases, nullity in 3 cases. In control group, 16 patients clinically cured, 5 cases were excellence, 5 cases were utility, 4 cases were nullity. The effective power of treatment was 90%,and the effective power of control group was 86.67%. There was no difference between two groups.(P>0.05).2 Comparison of curative effect of the main symptoms : After treatment, the integral calculus of the skin property reduces by 79.5% in the treatment group ,in the control group was 78.9%, by statistical tests P> 0.05, the difference is not distinctive.The integral calculus of the skin color reduces by 84.3% in the treatment,79.6% of the color points, the statistical test P <0.05, treatment Group terms of improving the efficacy of skin lesions than the control group color; The integral calculus of the skin swollen and painful reduces by 78.2% in the treatment group, the control group is 66.3% , after an examination in statistics, P < 0.05, the difference is distinctive.3 Comparison of the associated symptoms: From the 2nd week there was distinctly difference in two groups. In the treatment group symptoms that dry mouth, then dry, vaginal discharge disappeared, and other symptoms after treatment were also significantly improved. In the control group since the second week dry mouth, then dry gradually increased ,to reach the peak of the fourth week, 28 patients were dry mouth, some associated symptoms improved after 6 weeks. The results showed that Jie Du Xiao Cuo Decoction is better than Viaminate capsules in treatment of acne associated symptoms.4 Comparison of the biological characteristics that the skin surface: After treatment, the value of the moisture content is 5 in the treatment group who were 16-25 years old,26-30years old patients was 2, they are in line with the age of segment features. The control group after 6 weeks of treatment aged 16-25 moisture content value is -2 meet to characteristics of≥31-year-old, 26-30-year-old patient was found≥51 years old characteristics. In the treatment group the oil content is 2, the control group is 3, the treatment group compared with the standard value of is no difference, the control group is similar to aged 31-40 segment characteristics. After 6 weeks of treatment the elasticity is 5 in 26-30 aged,16-25 years of age is 3 in the treatment group, in the control group is 1 in 16-25 years old,26-30 is -2, the treatment group compared with the standard value have no significance ,26-30 aged consistent with the characteristics of 31-40 years of age.Conclusion: The effective power there was no difference between two groups. However Jie Du Xiao Cuo Decoction seems superior to viaminate capsule in improving clinical symptoms and the biological characteristics of the skin surface. It is worthy of promotion. It may be a good treatment program for someone that take Victoria A are contraindicated or refused to take medicine.
