Eliminate Acne Mixture Joint Viaminate Capsules For Treatment Of Nodular Cystic Acne Clinical Studies

Objective:This paper is to explore a kind of economic,safe and suitable treatment for severe acne through observing the efficiency and safety of "xiaocuo mixture" joined retimed-ester capsule onⅢandⅣdegree of acne(Syndrome of Phlegm and blood stasis on Syndrome Differentiation).Methods:All of the 97 patients with acne are selected from the special clinic of acne in Department of Dermatology of NO.1 Hospital of Wuhan(from March,2006 to December,2007).All patients accord with the diagnostic criteria of acne and are gradedⅢandⅣaccording to the Pillsbury classification.The syndrome differentiation is Syndrome of Phlegm and Blood Stasis,and the skin rashes are red, dark red or chrome violet,the deep nodules and cystis as primary,red tongue or dark red,yellowish or greasy moss,wiry or lubricate pulse.The sex of patients were not different,and with age of raging from 18 to 40.The 97 patients were randomly divided into two groups:cure group(group A)was xiaocuo mixture joined retimid-ester capsule(brand name:sanrui capsule),and control group(group B)only take retimed-ester capsule.Group A consists of 48 cases.Group B consists of 49 cases.Each group uses the same partly treatment:0.025%tretinoin cream(trade name:Diwei cream).Group B only take retimed-ester capsule,the initial doses are 50mg,Tid.After take it for 6 weeks,we reduce the dose gradually according to the patients' conditions.Group A is on the basis of Group B,added xiaocuo mixture, 30ml,Bid each day,taken after eating in the morning and afternoon,The course of treatment are both 12 weeks.We have evaluated the efficacy and safety through observing the changes of the two groups of skin lesions on the 4^th,8^thand 12^thweek and calculating the declining number,the therapeutic index of skin lesions and the incidence and recurring rate of the adverse reaction during the treatment.Results:1.After treated 4,8,12 weeks the effective rate of A,B group was 45.8%,77.1%, 93.8%and 30.06%,61.2%,75.5%.We can easily suppose that the efficiency of the treatment group is higher than the control group.And the difference of efficiency between the two groups has remarkable statistics meaning(P＜0.05).2.The research has discovered that there is remarkable statistics meaning(P＜0.05) through comparing the improvement degree on tenderness,dim erythematic,cyst and tubercle between two groups,showing that the xiaocuo mixture joined retimid-ester capsule was more remarkable than the simply useful retimid-ester capsule on the improvement of acne.3.After 12 weeks of observation of the acne lesions secondary to score,Rash dissipated in the treatment group left after the fibrous nodules,inflammation after dark red,the color-and the improvement of the scars were significantly better than the control group,And the difference is statistically significant(P＜0.05).Tip Xiaocuo mixture joint peacekeeping amine ester capsule on inflammatory acne rash dissipated after the rash of secondary left by the improvement of peacekeeping than simply the effect of amine ester capsules better.4.Determination of the treatment group of 31 patients with serum testosterone(T) level,the test,male patients with serum T levels than before treatment decreased significantly,a significant difference(P＜0.05).Female patients with serum T levels without significant changes,no significant difference(P＞0.05).5.The Clinical symptoms of adverse reactions to the viaminate are similar in the two groups,such as dry lips,scales,dry skin,itching and so on.The incidence of adverse reactions is 14.6%in the treatment group.And it is 18.4%in the control group.The difference is statistically significant(P＜0.05).6.After 12 weeks of treatment,we made a trail observation for the well-healed patient, and discovered the control group recovered 22 instances,recurred 5 instances, recurrence rate was 22.7%;the control group recovered 18 instances,recurred 10 instances,recurrence rate was 55.6%.The contrast of two groups has statistical significance(P＜0.05).It shows that the xiaocuo mixture joined retimid-ester capsule can degrade the recurrence rate of after erythema disappeared during the therapy of acne with nodule and cystic pattern.Conclusion:Xiaocuo mixture joined retimid-ester capsule treatment of nodular cystic acne can be significantly improved in patients with acne lesions,its clinical effect than simple application of retimid-ester capsule,and can significantly reduce inflammatory acne rash dissipated after the left fibrous nodules,dark red color and scar.but also to a certain extent,regulate hormone levels;and in the course of treatment,the adverse reaction rates of xiaocuo mixture joined retimid-ester capsule were lower than simple application of retimid-ester capsule,rules course of treatment after the end of the low rate of recurrence.Nodular cystic acne for the type of treatment provides precise effects,side effects relatively small,with the compliance of a good combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.
