To Analysis The Clinical Treatment Of 65 Cases For ASBP

Objective:To evaluate the choice of the treatment for acute severe biliary pancreatitisMethods:65 cases in our hospital from January 2000 to January 2010 were retrospectively analysed. All cases were divided into three groups according to treatment methods. Then compare them form death case, complication case, hospitalization expenses, hospitalization days and resument. Then the surgery cases were divided into two groups according to the surgery opportunity, compare them form death cases and complication cases.To evaluate choice of the treatment for acute severe biliary pancreatitis.Result:data of three groups (small trauma group, traditional surgery group and non-surgery group) is analysed using SPSS17.0. P of the data in death case , hospitalization days and resument is 0.019,0.000,0.000,they have statistical difference. P of the data in complicaton case and hospital expense is 0.222,0.133, they do not have statistical difference. P of the data (early surgery and delayed surgery) in death case and complication case is 0.132 and 0.015.They have statistical difference in complicaton case. Conclusion : 1.In the treatment of acute severe biliarypancreatitis ,under the same conditions in the hospital expense and compication case , small trauma group is better than traditional surgery group and non-surgery group in death case , hospitalization days and resument. 2. Compared to early surgery group, the delayed surgery group is better in complication case. They do not have difference in death case.
