The Clinical Research Of Chronic Eczema Treating By Fire Needle

Objection:To identify the clinical effect of chronic eczema treating by fire needle and investigate the mechanism of fire needle.Method:According to standard of diagnosis written in《Guiding principle for clinical research of new traditional Chinese medicine (implementation)》, we brought 68 patients in this study,and divided into 2 groups in random.34 patients in treatment group were treated with fire needle,to acupuncture the local skin lesion and PiShu,FeiShu.The control group were treated by Mometasone Furoate Cream.after 3 weeks,we evaluate the effect,and with half-year follow up to observe the recurrenceResult:The treatment group were well completed, In treatment group,the total effective rate was 90.63%, the rate of cured and remarkably effective was 81.25%, including 16 cases (50.0%) were cured,10(31.25%) remarkably effective,3(9.37%) effective,3(9.37%) ineffective.The control group were complete 30,the total effective rate was83.4%, the rate of cured and remarkably effective was 56.7%, including 6 cases (20%) were cured, 11(36.7%) remarkably effective,8(26.7%) effective,5(16.6%) ineffective.After treatment,the two group were significantly different (P<0.05).The time of get effective:In treatment group,there were 25 cases (78.1%) after 1-2 hours,4 cases(12.5%)in lweek,2 cases6.3%) in 2 weeks, 1 case (3.1%) in 3 weeks.while in control group,9 cases (30.0%) in 1week, 15 cases (50.0%) in 2 weeks,6 cases (20.0%) in 3 weeks.The difference of time of get effective rate between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The area,thickness of target skin lesions:the difference of number of the area,thickness of target skin lesions between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05),the treatment group had better effect than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For chronic eczema,the fire needle have better effect than western medicine,less side effect.so it is worth using widly.
