The Clinical Research On Treatment Of Chronic Eczema By Fire Needle Combined With Moxibustion On Shenque (CV8)

Objective: To evaluate the effection of clinical curative effect,life quality and long-term efficacy between treatment group and control group on chronic eczema.Methods: There were 64 cases randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated by “Fire Needle combined with Moxibustion on Shenque” method,and the control group was treated by western medicine for oral and external use “Loratadine Tablets and Mometasone Furoate Cream”.The two groups were 3 weeks for 1 course of treatment.After one course of treatment,effect evaluation was carried out.We evaluated the clinical effect between two groups by the chronic eczema clinical standards.Compared the difference of EASI,pruritus and DLQI score before and after the treatment between the two groups and analyzed the clinical efficacy through the statistics.The above results were analyzed using SPSS21.0.Results:1.The baseline of the treatment group and control group were almost uniform distribution,thus the two group were comparable(P>0.05).2.The overall clinical efficacy of two groups was significant difference(P<0.05).3.In the lesions aspect,the difference of improving excoriation,hypertrophic lesions moss and EASI score between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the itching aspect,the difference of improving itching frequency,itching duration and itching total score between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).itching remitting time and itching relieving level between two groups were statistically significant.(P<0.05).5.In DLQI aspect,the difference of improving DLQI score between two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05).6.First follow-up after treatment,two groups of recurrence rate,EASI score,pruritus score and DLQI were no significant difference(P>0.05).Second follow-up after treatment,two groups of recurrence rate,EASI score,pruritus score and DLQI were significant difference(P<0.05).7.Two groups of skin lesions,pruritus scores and DLQI before and after the treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both of the treatment group and the control group has good curative effect of chronic eczema patients.Comparing to the control group,treatment group significantly improves overall clinical efficacy of chronic eczema patients.2.Comparing to the control group,treatment group significantly improves severity of skin lesions,pruritus,life quality and palindromia of chronic eczema patients.3.Fire needle combined with moxibustion on shenque is safe and effective in treating chronic eczema.It is worthy of clinical application.
