The Research On Liver-Qi Stagnation Caused Essence Stasis Of Experimental Animal Models

Objective:Based on the theory of TCM with liver function of smoothing and regulating, clearing and smoothing qi dynamics, regulation emotions, coordination Chong meridian and Ren meridian, promoting reproductive essence excretion, and pre-study group on the essence stasis of theory and experimental study, this research in the use of chronic restraint stress caused by emotional depression-the premise of liver qi stagnation, by electric stimulation stick to establish male rats essence stasis with experimental animal model, to explore the correlation of emotional-liver-essence stasis, for the discuss of liver qi stagnation caused essence stasis mechanism, pathogenicity and treatments provide support.Methods:To 75 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,30 blank group,15 liver qi stagnation model group,15 liver qi stagnation drug treatment group, 15 liver qi stagnation caused essence stasis group. Adopt method of chronic stress, rats placed in a special restraint tube four weeks to establish liver qi stagnation model; based on the model of liver qi stagnation, to the fourth group of rats self-made electric stimulation stick great stimulating ten days to establish rats essence stasis model, and reproductive gonads by observing changes in relevant indicators to establish the liver caused by sperm stasis model, observeing the changes of relevant indicators of reproductive gonads to determine established the liver-qi stagnation caused essence stasis model.Result:Research found that liver qi stagnation model group and liver qi stagnation caused essence stasis group compared with blank group, behavior is burnout less dynamic, quack tapering, slow response, diet reduce, dull yellow coat color, loose stools or watery particles, etc. Blank group, liver qi stagnation model group and liver qi stagnation drug treatment group, tail suspension test times struggle between the three groups were significant difference (p<0.01). Rats plasma ACTH test blank group, liver qi stagnation model group and liver qi stagnation drug treatment group were significant differences (p<0.05). Detection of plasma CORT blank group, the liver qi stagnation model group, the liver qi stagnation drug treatment group between the three groups there are significant differences (p<0.05). Respectively, from behavioral performance before and after treatment, differences in the neuroendocrine system indexs two aspects of verification chronic stress rat model of liver depression syndrome established reliability. Gonadal tissue in rats ACP test (P> 0.05), and a-Glu test (P> 0.05), between liver qi stagnation caused semen stasis group and black group were no obvious. However, the modeling process, uses electric stimulation stick, most of the rats in the resting state of the penis in the mouth can be seen a white discharge, according with TCM gonorrhea in clinical symptoms of drops of white, to a certain extent, showed the presence of sperm stasis, in the certain degree to showing the presence of essence stasis.Conclusion:This study uses chronic stress restraint tube braking and electric stimulation stick method of stimulation, liver qi stagnation caused essence stasis group rats showed during stimulation the mouth of the penis drop white phenomenon, in the certain degree to showing the presence of essence stasis, indicating that the liver qi stagnation correlated with essence stasis, for the further research made meaningful attempt.
