Objective To study the relation between the level of urine microalbuminuria and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods the sudy population included 104 patients with coronary angiography in our hosiptal. Recorded their sex, age, smoking, dyslipidemia, hypertension and diabete metabolism (DM),collected their first urine in the morning to detect microalbuminuria and blood of cubital vein to detect serum lipid, glucose, liver and kidney function. According to the results of angiography, made all subjects into two groups, one is the coronary group(70 subjects included),the other is the control group(34 subjects included),then made the coronary group into three groups, single vessel lesion group(28s included),double-vessel lesion group(20s included) and three-vessel lesion group(22s included) respectively.Assessing the angiography results of all the groups with Gensini- Rating, then analysised the results with statistical methods and made Scatter graphy. At the mean time analysised the related factors with Multiple stepwise linear regression and Logistic regression. Results The situation of age, sex, lipid, smoking, hypertention and DM in the coronary group and the control group has no significant difference, but the microalbuminuria lever is higher in the coronary group than in the control group(15.49±2.00 VS 10.48±1.16mg/L), more important is that the microalbuminuria lever in the single-vessel lesion group,double-vessel lesion group and three-vessel lesion group are significantly different(P<0.05) . Multiple stepwise linear regression Equation is :Gensini-Rating=13.062+1.124×MA,F=29.962,P=0.000.Conclusion The microalbuminuria lever is higher in the coronary group than in the control group, and the more seroius coronary vessel lesion was and the higher MA lever was.
