BackgroundKnee osteoarthritis is a serious patient harm quality of life and the social productive forces of chronic degenerative joint disease of bone. At present, the 355 million people worldwide suffer from osteoarthritis disease, in our country, about 100 million people suffer from this disease, with the source of a wide range of groups. Osteoarthritis in the United States has become second only to ischemic heart disease leading to loss of working ability of the second factor in the disease and have an annual retirement accounts for retirees more than 5% of the total number of seriously affected patients with a normal life and work, knee osteoarthritis of the family and society has become a heavy burden.ObjectivesIn this study, through a series of clinical treatment, rehabilitation evaluation, to explore a kind of knee osteoarthritis on the efficient, economic and simple method of_Clinical treatment;, acupuncture and Chinese medicine to play in pain rehabilitation of advantages, from the clinical point of view, for Massage therapy with the flating welt treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee provides a scientific and effective theory.MethodsIn this study, randomized, controlled trials will be collected in 90 patients randomly divided into three groups, A group for the treatment of Massage therapy with the flating welt treatment group, B group was the control group one of electroacupuncture therapy, C group was the control group two of Massage therapy, they were treated for 20 days. For each case before and after treatment to Analysis of therapeutic effect. Assessment of content:a, the degree of pain using visual analog pain score (VAS). b, activity of the knee and functional use of Lysholm and Gillquist knee rating scale, c, the function of patients with knee injury rating scale assessment of the content.ResultsAccording to knee pain points, Lysholm and Gillquist Knee Rating Scale, function in patients with knee injury assessment rating scale to compare three points pre-treatment no significant difference (P>0.05), the three groups before and after the treatment has its own very significant difference (P<0.05), A group and B,C group after treatment compared to a significant difference in efficacy, A Group is better than B Group and C Group (P<0.05), three group compared to the cure rate, A was significantly better than B group and C Group (P<0.05).ConclusionMassage therapy with the flating welt treatment,electroacupuncture therapy and Massage therapy may ease knee osteoarthritis symptoms, but the Massage therapy with the flating welt treatment able to reduce the pain of osteoarthritis of the knee to alleviate symptoms, slow disease progression, the protection of joint function, and simple, painless, does not hinder movement, is an efficient, economic and simple method of rehabilitation therapy.
