The Clinical Effects Of Huatan Huoxue Tiaogan Decoetion On Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Marked By Phlegm And Stagnated Blood

ObjectiveOn the basis of the tutor's studies, by comparing with the Essentiale observation,further confirming of the HuaTan HuoXue TiaoGan Decoetion in treatment of the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients(the type of Knot phlegm and Blood stasis) and its clinical therapeutic effect on the liver function, the blood lipid, the Ultrasonography B, the body mass index and the symptom of integral effect.MethodsThis subject was according to the what had been revised content of the 2002 version " Traditional Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guideline "and" Chinese society of hepatology of Chinese Medical Association 2006 year of fatty liver and alcoholic liver disease study group", choosed 60 person (the type of Knot phlegm and Blood stasis)who didn't get alcohol fat hepatopathies of the outpatient service from June of 2010 to April of 2011. The principle of using randomized into treatment group and control group. The HuaTan HuoXue TiaoGan Decoetion and the Essentiale were given 3 months of treatment separately, and did not take the medicine of the experimental result of any other influence during the treatment period. Collected blood and detected blood lipid and liver function index separately before and after treating, and compared the change of the clinical symptom, the body mass index, the radiographic (Ultrasonography B) before and after treatment. Result(1)Influence on improving the liver function and reducing the weight:After treatment, the liver function (AST, ALT) and the body mass index were significantly improved (P<0.01); But there was no effect significant difference between two groups to improve the liver function and reduce the weight(P>0.05). This suggested that the HuaTan HuoXue TiaoGan Decoetion and the Essentiale could improve the liver function, reduced the body weight, but the efficiency was no significant difference.(2)Influence on regulating the blood lipid:After treatment, the blood lipid of two gropes was significantly improved (P<0.01); the treatment group (TC, TG, LDL-C) was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), in which LDL-C decreased significantly (P<0.01), while HDL-C was significantly higher (P<0.05). This suggested that the HuaTan HuoXue TiaoGan Decoetion and the Essentiale could improve the blood lipid, and the efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Influence on ultrasonography B:After treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group had significant difference (P<0.01).This suggested that treatment group's Ultrasonography B relatively change more obviously than the control group after treatment.(4)Influence on regulating the symptom of integral:The symptom of integral of two gropes was significantly improved (P<0.01); there was significant difference between two groups to improve the symptom of integral (P<0.05). This suggested that the HuaTan HuoXue TiaoGan Decoetion and the Essentiale and the Essentiale could improve the symptom of integral, and the efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)Influence on synthetic effect:There was significant difference between two groups about synthetic effect (P<0.05). This suggested that the efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group.ComclusionThe HuaTan HuoXue TiaoGan Decoetion and the Essentiale were effective side medicines to treat the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (the type of Knot phlegm and Blood stasis),could improve effectively the liver function, the symptom of integral and the Ultrasonography B image, regulate the blood lipid, reduce the weight, prevent the further development of the disease.The non-alcoholic fatty liver disease has very good clinical curative effect for treating. The HuaTan HuoXue TiaoGan Decoetion is worth further study and application.
