ObjectivesObserve the balance of yin and yang electrical acupuncture on patients with anxiety and insomnia influence the clinical efficacy for the clinical treatment of insomnia associated with anxiety state the exact search for a safe and effective treatment.MethodsIn this study, randomized controlled trials, insomnia and anxiety disorders will be eligible 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Treatment group,30 cases with a balance of Yin and yang acupuncture method, Shenmai, Zhaohai, Guanyuan, Shenting based, and dialectical and point, both heart and spleen were, plus Xinyu, Piyu, Zusanli; the kidneys do not pay those, plus Taixi, Shuiquan, Xinyu, Piyu, needle retention time of 30 minutes,1 week and 5 times,2 weeks as a course of treatment. Control group of 30 patients with ordinary acupuncture acupuncture method, dialectical selection of points with the treatment group. Two EA-type therapeutic apparatus using G6805 given density wave, sparse wave frequency 5Hz, dense wave frequency of 50Hz.All patients before treatment and after treatment in the application of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) rating scale, self rating anxiety scale (SAS) were scored to evaluate the efficacy.ResultIts vertical comparison:After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) rating scale of sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep time, sleep effects, sleep disturbance, sleep medication, daytime function score decreased. Before treatment differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The control group after treatment, sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep time, sleep effects, sleep disturbance, sleep medication, daytime function were also down, with the difference between pre-treatment also has a statistically significant (P<0.05). Horizontal comparison of two groups:treatment, treatment and control groups in sleep quality, sleep effects, significant differences in scores of daytime function, with a very significant statistical significance (P<0.05). The remaining two groups no significant difference in scores in all areas, no statistical significance. After treatment, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score decreased, compared with before treatment differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment groups had significantly lower anxiety in patients with SAS Integration; Horizontal comparison of two groups: the treatment group and control group self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score differences are significant, with a very significant statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionBalance of Yin and yang, EdF anxiety for patients with insomnia, can be an overall improvement in anxiety symptoms in patients with insomnia and to improve the psychological state of patients, improved quality of life of patients, more effective than EA treatment control group.
