The Meaning and Purpose of The Research: Leukemia is one of the malignant hematological disease, which is also known as cancer of blood.Leukemia patients are obviously anxious and depressive once diagnosed, along with the immune function variation.Psychological intervention in treating leukemia patients such as psychological support, knowledge presentation and relaxation training have been used today. However, the evaluation of curative effect is mostly based on personal mental scale, which is lack of objectivity. This study would explore the influence of linden relaxation technique on mild to moderate anxiety of ANLL patients with initial treatment, which could be observed the changes of anxiety before and after the training of the training of the banyan tree, the psychological coherence and self balancing system are used as an objective indicator of the anxiety evaluation method. Methods: This study chosed 156 initial treatment patients who were diagnosed as ANLL in the Second Affilicated Hospital of Dalian Medical University and hematology department of the Third People's Hospital of Liaoyang from December 2014 to December 2015 as objects. We selected out 56 patients with light-medium anxiety according to Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA score from 7 to 21,excluding the CDSM-IV diagnostic criteria for anxiety disorders)for observing. The patients were divided into intervention group(n=28)and control group(n=28)on the basis of age,sex and course of disease. While in the intervention group, there is one patient who died in treatment, two got serious and quit.3 patients of the control group also quit. Two groups of examinee were evaluated by Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Scale of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder(PCL-C)and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General Scale(FACT-G Chinese version)before and after the intervention. While undergoing chemotherapy(DA chemotherapy regimens),linden relaxation training was taken by the intervention group once a day for 30 minutes,5 times a week and 10 times in total. To the contrary, the physiological indexes of the control group was monitored under natural quiet condition without training. We supervised the the intervention group(n = 25)and control group(n = 25)in heart rate(HR),evaluation scores,Standard Diviation of NN Intervals(SDNN)and the low frequency(LF)& high frequency(HF)components of heart rate variability(HRV)domain indexes before and after each intervention by Self-generate Physiological Coherence System(SPCS).SPSS software package 18.0 was used for data statistic analysis.Other statistical methods such as T test,chi-square test and correlation analysis were also adopted.Results:1.The comparison of evaluation scores: scores of two groups are both higher after intervention, while the intervention group has increased significantly. The statistical significance has exsited in the 7th,8th,9th and 10 th self-paired comparison difference(t=2.301,2.257,2.316,2.645;P=0.030,0.033,0.043,0.014).However,the control group hasn't changed distinctly(P>0.05).2.The comparison of heart rate: rates of two groups both decreased after intervention, and the statistical significance has exsited in the 8th,9th,10 th self-paired comparison difference(t=4.181,4.653,2.527;P=0.000,0.000,0.019).3.SDNN comparison: two groups both get lower SDNN value, while the intervention group decreased markedly in the 8th,9th and 10 th self-paired comparison difference(t=2.194,2.172,2.562;P=0.038,0.040,0.017).4.Comparison of LF,HF and LF / HF: both of the groups have decreased in ln LF and ln(LF/HF),increased in lnHF.The statistical significance has existed in the 9th and 10 th self-paired comparison difference(t=2.246,2.38;P=0.023,0.026;t=2.564,2.510;P=0.017,0.019;t=3.436,2.783;P=0.002,0.010).5.Comparison of HAMA: the statistical significance consists in the intervention group(t=4.405;P=0.000)self-paired comparison difference.6.Comparison of SAS: the intervention group self-paired comparison difference has suggested statistical significance(t=5.846;P=0.000).7.Indexes of FACT-G comparation: the intervention group's self-paired comparison difference in PWB,EWB,FWB and total score has reflected statistical significance(t=2.842,11.361,6.966,6.859;P=0.009,0.000,0.000,0.000).8.There was positive correlation between anxiety status and life quality(?=0.113,p<0.05),there was no significant correlation between post traumatic stress and anxiety(p>0.05).Conclusion: Patients who were diagnosed as acute non-lymphocytic leukemia are obviously anxious and with higher rate of post-traumatic stress disorder. There are dysfunction in their autonomic nervous system, functional inhibition in the vagus nerve system and intensive function in the sympathetic nervous system. The linden relaxing training could be a kind of effective method of mental intervention which help improve patients' frequency range and time horizon indexes of HRV,lower the sympathetic nervous activity and enhance the cardiac vagal activity. It could also relieve the light-medium anxiety of ANLL patients and improve their life quality.
