| ObjectiveIn this study, we research The quality of life for different Chinese medicine card in women with endometriosis and Analyse the main factors to Study the quality of life between TCM syndrome type and the relevance Preliminary。The work provides the proof for using Interference measure to improve the endometriosis patients' life quality situation correctly. Also This study will lay the foundation for the Chinese medicine functional evaluation system in patients with endometriosis, in order to keep up with the future development of the the different thinking of Chinese medicine and international practice.MethodIn this study,97 patients with endometriosis in out-Patient department and in-Patient department of our hospital and in line with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were collected. The EHP-5 scales and patient general information table were used in questionnaire survey. The score method of EHP-5 is each scale was transformed on a scale of 0 (indicating best possible health status as measured on the questionnaire) to 100 (indicating indicating worst possible health status).The higher score demonstrate the worse health status. Patients were divided into 4 groups according to syndrome differentiation, qi stagnation with blood stasis,congealing cold with blood stasis,renal deficiency with blood stasis,syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat.All data were entered in SPSS11.0 to estabhsh database. One—way ANOVA,Speamma rank correlation Multiple stepwise regression were used in this study.Results 1 General decline in quality of life were found in patients with andometriosis, total average(76.92±13.05). The total scores of the core questionnaire are (77.62±11.07). The total scores of the Modular questionnaire are (76.33±14.47). Oppositing to the scores of suffered dimension, it ranked in turus as following::Children Work,Self-image,Sexual intercourse,Social support,Emotional well-being,Control and powerlessness,Pain,Treatment,Infertility,Medical profession。The Medical profession grade is the highest in all dimensions Grade (87.47±7.10), then is Infertility (86.51±6.68)。This demonstrate the worse health status of The Medical profession and Infertility in the 97 patients with endometriosis.2 The different sydromes have some relation with the life of quality. In the four sydromes types, Accrding to the scores it ranked in turns as following:syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat,congealing cold with blood stasis,qi stagnation with blood stasis,renal deficiency with blood stasis. The highest scores is renal deficiency with blood stasis (79.59±11.96) in the four sydromes types. So renal deficiency with blood stasis is the worst health status.3 The main factors that influence life quality of the Patients with endometriosis are as follows:age,marital status,study degree and profession,degree of labor,Sports,extent of Knowledgement,Payment. Influencing factors with different syndrome type are different each other. extent of Knowledgement and Payment were included in regression Equation through multiple stepwise regression.Conclusion1 General decline in quality of life were found in patients with (?)etriosis. The Medical profession is the worst health status, then is (?)ility. Treatment.(?) different sydromes have some relation with the life of quality. Renal (?)ency with blood stasis is the worst health status, then is qi stagnation (?)ood stasis. Different eddence—based quality of life have different (?)asis on the damage. According to the specific relationship in syndrome (?) the life of quality, it will help to improve the efficacy of Chinese (?)(?) treatment of EM and improve patient quality of life to adopt appropriate measures for treatment and nursing.3 The outcome of correlation and regression declare extent of Knowledgement and Payment were the mainly influential factors. so the key to the improvement of the quality of patient life is through the improvement of medical insurance system and social life security system, then is Strengthen the health education of patients with endometriosis.4. Influential factors of different syndrome are different. Adopting the aimed treatment can improve the curative effect of TCM by based on syndrome.
