| Research objective:In this study,through the summary volume of the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with PCOS.The quality of life(Such as BMI,menstrual cycle,trying to conceive time,LH/FSH value age and TCM syndrome type and so on.)were evaluated to explore the impact on the quality of life of patients and provide clinical basis for improving the quality of life of patients.Research method:According to the standard of PCOS cases with BMI,menstrual cycle,trying to conceive time,LH/FSH value age and TCM syndrome type of the Chinese quality of life scale(i.e.the unity of form and spirit dimension and emotional dimension)were investigated.The SPSS 19.0 software package was used for data analysis.Research results:1.In the distribution of PCOS patients,BMI<25kg/m2 was found in 536 cases(60.8%),25-28kg/m2 in 190 cases(21.6%),and 28kg/m2 in 155 cases(17.6%).The number of menstrual cycles was less than 60 days in 398 cases(45.2%),60-90 days in 382 cases(43.4%),and 90 days in 101 cases(11.5%).The time of trying pregnancy was divided into 12 months,120 cases(13.6%),665 cases(75.5%)in 12-36 months,96 cases(10.9%)in 36 months.According to the ratio of sex hormones LH and FSH,203 cases(23%)of LH/FSH<1,386 cases(43.8%)of LH/FSH between 1-2 and 292 cases(33.1%)of LH/FSH>2.According to TCM syndrome type,360 cases(40.9%)were kidney deficiency and liver depression,97 cases(11%)were kidney deficiency and blood stasis,277 cases(31.4%)were spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness.147 cases(1 6.7%)were phlegm and blood stasis in PCOS patients.2.BMI was divided into three groups:<25 kg/m 2and 25～28 kg/m 2,>28kg/m2,Among them,the unity of form and spirit,body,diet,sleep and seven emotions were different in different BMI groups.(P<0.05).3.According to the menstrual cycle is divided into 60 days and 60-90 days,90 days three groups.In the dimension of unity of form and spirit,there was statistical difference between different menstrual cycle groups(P<0.05).4.Trying to get pregnant time is divided into less than 12 months,12-36 months,36 months,There were statistical differences in body,language and sadness between different infertility time groups(P<0.05).5.According to the ratio of sex hormone index LH and FSH divided into 1,1-2,>2<three group,There were statistical differences between the different LH/FSH groups in the shape of the unified dimension of form and spirit and the joy of the dimension of seven emotions(P<0.05).6.The age of PCOS patients was 18-28 years old,28-35 years old,35 years old,three group,The thinking and language of the unifying dimension of form and mind have statistical differences among different age groups.(P<0.05).7.PCOS patients were divided into four groups according to TCM syndrome type:kidney deficiency and liver depression,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness,phlegm and blood stasis.The appearance,mental state and sleep of the dimension of unity of form and spirit,the dimension of seven feelings of joy,anger,sadness and panic have statistical differences among different TCM syndromes.Research Conclusion:1.In terms of the BMI.menstrual cycle,try to conceive time and LH/FSH value,level of androgen and the number of age distribution,PCOS patients can be diagnosed as infertility as high as 89%.The proportion of patients with hyperandrogenemia is also quite high51%.More than 50%of the menstrual cycle was more than 60 days.An increase in the ratio of LH/FSH to 30%of the total number of patients.Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is mainly concentrated in the best reproductive age of the population.2.In the study of PCOS patient scale,BMI had an effect on the physique of the unifying dimension of form and spirit,BMI>28kg/m2 was the worst in physique,and BMI<25kg/m2 was lower in language,sleep and joy.3.The physique aspect in the unified dimension of form and spirit of the scale,the quality of life was slightly different from the menstrual cycle,and the polycystic patients with menstrual cycle less than 60 days were better than those of the polycystic patients with the menstrual cycle more than 60 days.4.The time of trying pregnancy was different in PCOS patients.In the scale,the quality of life was poor in the physical and linguistic aspects of the unified dimension of form and spirit,seven dimensions of sorrow like a bad quality of life,There is a relatively good quality of life in terms of physical and sorrow for less than 1 year,while language attempts to conceive in 12-36 months have a slightly higher quality of life,and the body,language,and sorrow are worse than those for more than 36 months.5.The ratio of LH/FSH in gonadal hormones in polycystic patients was mainly reflected in the difference in the quality of life of the unified dimension of form and spirit and seven dimensional form fields like living.The LH/FSH ratio<1 was not ideal in the quality of life,while the patients with LH/FSH ratio>2 were also poor in the quality of survival.6.In the dimension of unity of form and spirit,thinking and language is more obvious in the age distribution of PCOS patients.In the scale,women aged 18-28 have poor reflection in thinking,the poor quality of life in patients over 35 years of age is particularly acute in language.7.The quality of life of different TCM syndromes influence scale concentrated on the appearance,mental state,sleep,joy,anger,sadness and panic in the dimension of unity of form and spirit.Phlegm and blood stasis intertwined in the performance of air
