Objective1. To study the detection rate of polypoid lesion of gallbladder (PLG) in the medical checkup crowd who were from First Affiliated Hospital Physical Examination Center to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in 2010.2. To study the risk factors of PLG in the medical checkup crowd.3. To study the Chinese medicine constitutional type of PLG, and the risk clinical indicator of each common Chinese medicine constitutional type.Methods1. Objects were from the medical checkup crowd in First Affiliated Hospital Physical Examination Center to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.2. By the benefits bridge system of First Affiliated Hospital Physical Examination Center to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, preliminarily analyze the detection rate of PLG in the medical checkup crowd who attended the ultrasound inspection in 2010. At the same time, preliminarily analyze the detection rate of fatty liver and Helicobacter pylori(HP) Infection by the benefits bridge system. Then try to discuss the relationship between PLG and fatty liver and Helicobacter pylori(HP) Infection.3. Objects would be analyzed by Logistic regression analysis, and try to find out the risk factors of PLG.4. Objects would fill out the "Chinese constitution and health status questionnaire" and be divided them into nine of Chinese medicine constitutional type. Through contrastive analysis the clinical indicator among each common Chinese medicine constitutional type, try to discuss the risk clinical indicator of each common Chinese medicine constitutional type.Result 1. In 2010, the detection rate of PLG in the First Affiliated Hospital Physical Examination Center to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine is 7.07%. Compared to the finding 2.68% by Wu Wanqing in 2006, it is a significantly increasing trend (P<0.01)2. HP infection increase the risk of PLG(P<0.01).3. Fatty liver does not increase the risk of PLG (P>0.05)4. PLG's regression equation:PLG=-0.839 sex +0.239 body mass index +0.734 low density lipoprotein cholesterol-6.505(P<0.05). (Sex evaluation: Male =1, female =2)5. The common Chinese medicine constitutional type of PLG have Qi deficiency constitution (A), Yang deficiency constitution (B), Phlegm-damp constitution (C), the rarer Chinese medicine constitutional type of PLG have Yin deficiency constitution, damp-heat constitution and Qi stagnation constitution.6. a. BP,BMI,UA,TG,HDLC between type A and B had no non-significance difference. FBG,TC and LDLC in type B were significantly higher than that in type A. b. BP,BMI,FBG,UA,TC,HDLC,LDLC between type B and C had no non-significance difference. TG in type C was significantly higher than that in type B. c. BP,BMI,FBG,UA,TG,HDLC between type A and C had no non-significance difference. TC and LDLC in type C were significantly higher than that in type A.Conclusion1. In 2010, the detection rate of PLG in the First Affiliated Hospital Physical Examination Center to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine is 7.07%. Compared to the finding 2.68% by Wu Wanqing in 2006, it is a significantly increasing trend.2. HP infection increase the risk of PLG.3. Fatty liver does not increase the risk of PLG.4. The risk factors of PLG have male sex, BMI and content of LDLC.5. The common Chinese medicine constitutional type of PLG have Qi deficiency constitution, Yang deficiency constitution, Phlegm-damp constitution, the rarer Chinese medicine constitutional type of PLG have Yin deficiency constitution, damp-heat constitution and Qi stagnation constitution.6. Risk clinical indicator of Yang deficiency constitution have FBG,TC and LDLC. Risk clinical indicator of Phlegm-damp constitution have TC TG and LDLC. Risk clinical indicator of Qi deficiency constitution had LDLC, and maybe TG also is one of the risk clinical indicators.
