Objective: To explore the relationship between the physical distribution of different diameter of gallbladder polyps and the pathological characteristics and the constitution,and to provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of gallbladder polyps.Methods: In our hospital medical center or inpatient with each group into the conditions of the population as the research object,wherein the examination center health people as control group;diameter < 8mm gallbladder polypoid change in patients with as the gallbladder polyp(non risk) group;diameter is equal to or larger than 8mm gallbladder polypoid patients with as gallbladder polyp(risk) group.Analysis were compared between physical distribution characteristics and differences,and of two groups of gallbladder polyps in susceptible to polyp constitution with the clinical examination results between whether to have the specificity and the relationship between(risk) in patients with gallbladder polyps of pathological properties and physical and preliminary study on constitution of gallbladder carcinoma and the correlation between the distribution.Result:(1)(1)The differences between the three groups of CHOL mean values were statistically significant(P<0.05),CHOL in the gallbladder polyps(risk) group was higher than that in the other two groups,while the CHOL in the gallbladder polyps(non risk)group was higher than that in the control group;(2)For LDL-C,the difference between the gallbladder polyps(risk) group and the other two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the control group and the gallbladder polyp(non risk) group(P>0.05),LDL-C mean value in the gallbladder polyps(risk) group was higher than that in the other two groups.(2)(1)Healthy Constitution' distribution of the control group was significantly more than that of the gallbladder polyps(non risk) group(P<0.0167);Qi deficiency constitution' distribution of the gallbladder polyps(non risk) group was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.0167);Phlegm dampness constitution'distribution of the gallbladder polyps(non risk) group was significantly more than thatof the control group(P<0.0167);Among the other constitution distribution,the differences were no significant in the two groups(P>0.0167).(2) Healthy constitution'distribution of the control group was significantly more than that of the gallbladder polyps(risk) group(P<0.0167);Yang deficiency, Phlegm dampness,Damp heat constitution' distribution of the gallbladder polyps(risk) group was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.0167);Among the other constitution distribution,the differences were no significant in the two groups(P>0.0167).(3)Yang deficiency constitution' distribution of the gallbladder polyps(risk) group was significantly more than that of the gallbladder polyps(non risk) group(P<0.0167);Among the other constitution distribution,the differences were no significant in the two groups(P>0.0167).(3)Two groups of patients with gallbladder polyps were compared,the hyperlipidemia patients of gallbladder polyps(risk) group was significantly more than that of the gallbladder polyps(non risk) group(P<0.05).(4)Between gallbladder polyps(non risk) group and gallbladder polyps(risk)group,there are difference in the region of growth(body of gallbladder and gallbladder bottom) and gallbladder wall thickness,that difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Description of polypoid lesions of gallbladder growth in the body and gallbladder wall thickness less than 3mm more common in patients with gallbladder polyps(non risk) group;Gallbladder polyp lesions in the bottom and gallbladder wall thickness(>3mm) were more common in the gallbladder polyps(risk) group.(5)(1) In the gallbladder polyps(non risk) group,incidence of complications in patients with Qi deficiency constitution:Hyperlipidemia(13.04%)=hypertension(13.04%)=fatty liver(13.04%)…;Incidence of complications in patients with Phlegm dampness constitution:fatty liver(43.48%) > hypertension(39.13%) > hyperlipidemia(26.09%) > diabetes mellitus(17.39%)….(2)In the gallbladder polyps(risk) group,incidence of complications in patients withPhlegm dampness constitution: hyperlipidemia(45.45%) > hypertension(31.82%) >diabetes mellitus(18.18%)…;incidence of complications in patients with Damp heat constitution: hyperlipidemia(40%) > fatty liver(25%) > hepatic cyst(20%) = gallstones(20%)…;incidence of complications in patients with Yang deficiency constitution:Serum lipids(15.79%) > hepatic cyst(10.53%)….(6)In the gallbladder polyps(risk) group,distribution of constitution in patients with cholesterol polyps: Phlegm dampness(22.09%) > Yang deficiency(18.6%) > damp heat quality(13.95%) > Qi deficiency(11.63%);Distribution of constitution in gallbladder gland hyperplasia:Qi deficiency,phlegm dampness and qi stagnation; Distribution of constitution in patients with adenoma polyps:Yang deficiency(36.36%) = damp heat(36.36%) > Phlegm Blood Stasis matter(9.09%).(7)In the gallbladder cancer patients,there are 7 female,accounting for 77.78%; The age is 53~84 years old,average age is 69.22 years old;there are 6 cases acute patients,accounting for 66.7%;Complicated with gallstones accounted for 88.89%(8/9);ultrasound or CT acquisition of carcinoma of gallbladder disease in 3 cases,accounted for 33.3%;tumor markers CA-199 levels were elevated in 5 cases,accounted for 55.56%;unexpected gallbladder carcinoma in 5 cases,accounted for 55.56%;pathology type is adenocarcinoma(7 cases),accounted for 77.78%;cancer site in the body(6 cases),accounted for 66.7%;constitution type is divided into a wet heat and mass,blood stasis constitution,Yang deficiency.Conclusion(1)(1)In the control group,there are most of the healthy person'distribution;(2)In the gallbladder polyps(non risk) group,there are most of the Qi deficiency and the phlegm dampness patients' distribution;(3)Gallbladder polyps(risk) group,there are most of the Yang deficiency constitution and the phlegm dampness and damp heat constitution patients' distribution patients distribution,Polyps of the gallbladder(risk) group yang deficiency patients was significantly higher than that of the gallbladder polyps(non risk)group.(4) The two groups of patients with gallbladder polyps in phlegm dampnessconstitution distribution were significantly higher than that of the control group.(2)(1) In gallbladder polyps(non risk) group,fatty liver,hypertension,hyperlipemia and diabetes mellitus in phlegm dampness in patients with higher incidence;(2)Gallbladder polyps(risk) group,hyperlipidemia and hypertension in phlegm dampness constitution patients in higher incidence;hyperlipidemia and fatty liver in damp heat constitution in patients with higher incidence.(3)Gallbladder cancer patients are more common in the elderly women,with gallstones, damp heat and blood stasis,and other characteristics of the population.
