ObjectivesBy observing and analyzing the clinical effect in treating knee osteoarthritis by warming needle with point injection therapy to evaluate the feasibility and clinical advantage of it's application.Methods90 Knee Osteoarthritis patients were selected according to case inclusion criteria, all of whom were divided into three groups at random. The treatment group was mainly treated with Warming Needle with point injection therapy. The control group 1 was treated with DICLOFENAC SODIUM ENTERIC-COATED TABLETS, and the control group 2 was treated with Warming Needle. A week makes a treatment course, and evaluate the effect after 4 courses. Using the main symptoms and signs measuring scale of the Knee Osteoarthritis to score before and after the treatment, and while evaluating the treatment safety.ResultThree groups have significant curative effect after 4 courses. The curative effect of treatment group is better than that of the control groups (P<0.05). The main symptoms and signs integra of the three groups are reduced after treatment. The three groups have good effect in the incidence of adverse effect.ConclusionWarming Needle with point injection therapy has more significantly clinical effect in treating Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA).
