| ObjectiveThrough the prospective randomized controlled trials, comparing the combined treatment of ispel stasis and open the orifices and western medicine and pure western medicine's influence on the patients' quality of survival, and citing survival quality as the curative effect evaluation index, is to reach more comprehensive and objective evaluation.MethodRefer to the domestic and foreign relevant material, using the latest scientific and accurate diagnosis system of integrated traditional and western medicine, the injury baseline characteristics into patients are comparable. Cases conform to the standards in accordance with the principle of randomly have divided into the observation group and control group.the control group using comprehensive western medicine and the observation group add xingnaojing injection and chuanxiongzine injection, each 30 cases. Using QOL-BRE and Barther Index (BI) as evaluation index, evaluate the curative effect of trial group and control group differences. Dates are analyzed by SPSS 10.0 softerware packet, and using t or t/ inspection and chi square test.α=0.05 is the significance level.ResultsThe difference between two groups in sexuality,age and parts of intracerebral hemorrhage have no statistical significance before treatment (P>0.05). When admitted to hospital for three weeks,the two groups WHO QOL-BREF scale survival quality score difference value to the 1 days/ score is significant difference (P<0.05), and the difference in value self-ranking appears no significant difference (P>0.05); When admitted to hospital for three months, the two groups WHO QOL-BREF scale survival quality score difference value to the 1 days/ score is significant difference (P<0.05), Two groups of patients GCS score in the first days, three weeks,3 months appear no significant difference (P>0.05).ConelusionThe dispel stasis and open the orifices method can improve the life quality of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients, and the influence has certain sustainability.
