The Transform Phlegm Open The Orifices And Drain Turbidity Treatment Of Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) is the third etiology of mortality in human beings. Many people except young age are easily attacked by stroke, and the mobility and disability rate of a stroke victim is very high. The mobility rate of hypertension in stroke patient is up to 95%. The basal ganglion and thalamus are the most possibly bleeding areas in intracerebral hemorrhage patients.This article illustrates the etiology and pathology of Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH). Study on the modern medical diagnosis and treatment of ICH, and introduces the prevention and care-related knowledge. According to the previous research literature, establish a method that use Chinese medicine to treat ICH. Due to ICH in Chinese medicine is an "apoplexy" the scope of its etiology and pathogenesis can be summed up in nothing more than wind,fire,sputum,blood,wet and poison. So we combined with the summary of one derived from traditional Chinese medicine for phlegm, Kaiqiao, diarrhea turbidity. The major treatment methods are including transform phlegm,open the orifices,transform stasis and free the bowels.According to the causes of ICH and pathomechanism, we found a transform phlegm and open the orifices formula. The formula is composed of ming tian ma,shi chang pu,yu jin,dan shen,da huang,zhi ke,zhu ru,ban xia and bing pian. And this formula achieved the satisfied therapeutic effect.
