Influence Of Poxue Stasis, Diarrhea Fever Stasis Method On NSE Serum Levels And TNF-α Of Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage In Rats

Objective: Study the influence of Poxue stasis, diarrhea fever Stasis method on NSE serum levels and TNF-αof Acute intracerebral hemorrhage in rats of different groups at different time points. Further clarify Poxue stasis, diarrhea mechanism of hot refreshing method by using Xingnao Jianshen capsule treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Method:1. The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham operation group ,treatment group and control group, each group has 40 animals. 2. To preparate the experimental rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage; function score of nerve. 3. Determinate the content of NSE in serum and plasma TNF-αlevels of different groups and at different time points.Results:Poxue stasis, diarrhea fever refreshing method can improve nerve function; in the form of serum NSE: the efficacy of the treatment group were better than the model group, whichserum NSE levels in 1d, 3d were significantly lower (P <0.01); in the form of NDS : the NDS of Model group and treatment group were significantly higher than sham operation group, which express that the model is successfully manufactured. NDS in 3d, 7d, 14d of model group and treatment group still significantly higher than sham operation group (p <0.01), and the treatment group was significantly lower than model group (p <0.01 or p <0.05), after prompt intervention by Chinese medicine , ICH neurological deficit the situation of rats is significantly improved. Compared model group to treatment group, treatment group was significantly better (P <0.01); Both plasma TNF-αtreatment group and the model group (p <0.01 or p <0.05), have statistically significant. The results showed that Poxue circulation, purging heat treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage refreshing, especially in acute cerebral hemorrhage (1 ~ 3d), the serum NSE and plasma TNF-αwere significantly reduced, improving the degree of neurological damage .Conclusion:The serum NSE and plasma TNF-α, as the evaluation index, are used in Poxue circulation, purging heat treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage refreshing, especially in acute intracerebral hemorrhage (1~3d).Reducing serum NSE and plasma TNF-α,make to clear the cerebral vein blood flow, reducing inflammation, promoting neurological recovery. Therefore, serum NSE and plasma TNF-αcan be used as traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage provide an objective evaluation of neuronal damage and prognosis diagnosis.
