| Objective:Observe the effects of syndrome differentiation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke - in Meridian and clinical dfficacy.MethodsThis study was single-blind randomized controlled trial. Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital of collection met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for acute ischemic stroke-a total of 89 cases of patients in the meridian, randomly divided into two groups.43 cases observed in the conventional treatment and syndrome differentiation on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine combined early and continuous acupuncture treatment. Control group of 46 patients treated with conventional treatment and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, once a day, with a total duration of treatment was 2 weeks. Stroke patients using the NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS), past history score, concomitant disease score, Glasgow score evaluation and other evaluation system. Calculate the NIHSS score before and after treatment the difference between the two groups, according to the therapeutic effect of nimodipine score analysis to compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment speech function, physical function recovery degree of neurological deficit, summed up in two different programs differences.ResultsThe study included 89 cases observed in 43 cases,46 cases were observed after 2 weeks of treatment the efficacy and safety. The clinical observation group was 76.75% effective, significantly higher than its efficiency 52.18%, P=0.000. According to the symptoms, signs and clinical manifestations, patients were divided into two groups of wind, phlegm and blood stasis blockage context syndrome, Liver Yang rising and wind, fire blazing upward syndrome, phlegm heat obstructing organ and wind, phlegm blazing upward syndrome. Before treatment and after treatment were used to rate NIHSS scale, calculate the difference between, the relevant statistics, obtained by statistical software, three different syndromes P values were:0.048,0.049,0.039, P values< 0.05. All 89 patients the neurological deficit before treatment were divided into mild, moderate, and severe three. Among them, the wind, phlegm and blood stasis blockage context syndrome of the main context card to mild (58.9%), followed by moderate (30.4%), less severe (10.7%); the Liver Yang rising and wind, fire blazing upward syndrome to light, moderate and more See (respectively 52.9% and 40.1%), less severe (7.0%); phlegm heat obstructing organ and wind, phlegm blazing upward syndrome, the more common and severe (50.0% and 31.2%), mild low (18.8%). Thus, acute ischemic stroke - in Meridian to the wind, phlegm and blood stasis blockage context syndrome of the most common context permits, the lightest degree of neurological deficit, phlegm heat obstructing organ and wind, phlegm blazing upward syndrome on the most important neurologic impairment, Liver Yang rising and wind, fire blazing upward syndrome on the interference card in between. The statistical study of adverse events of acupuncture:halo needle, bleeding, infection rates were 2.33%,0%,4.65%, were below 5%.ConclusionDifferential Treatment of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment of acute ischemic stroke - the meridian safe, a significant effect, can significantly improve the degree of neurological deficit. |
