Purpose:To investigate the population of Guangdong University of Technology Faculty of the epidemiological characteristics of hyperuricemia and its related factors and physical examination in 2008 were high serum uric acid 475 2 years of comprehensive intervention and analysis. Methods:In this paper, Analyze the health check files of 3028 teaching staff in Guangdong University of Technology in 2008, analysis of college faculty population prevalence of hyperuricemia characteristics, and screening for high serum uric acid as a case group of 475 persons, from the remaining blood Uric acid out of the normal population with the patient group in gender, age, as 598 matched control group. Using statistical methods to analyze the gender, age, obesity, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids (TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C) and other factors and the relationship between hyperuricemia. A physical examination in 2008 were 475 hyperuricemia comprehensive intervention for 2 years and analyze the results. Results:ResearchⅠ:Study of Guangdong University of Technology faculty population prevalence of hyperuricemia1. Guangdong University of Technology faculty to participate in examination of the number of 3028 people, male 1492, female 1536 male to female ratio was 1:1.03. Male age range 23-89 years (49.61±15.48 years old); female age range 23-93 years old (44.98±13.25 years old); overall age (47.26±14.57 years old). Aged 10 years by a group, divided into 6 groups, which accounted for 9.7% of 20-29 age group,30-39 age group accounted for 26.6%,40-49 age group accounted for 24.5%,50-59 age group accounted for 14.9% 60-69 age group accounted for 13.9%, more than 70 years of age group accounted for 10.4%.2.to 100umol/L distance for the group, uric acid and uric acid frequency distribution of the basic accord with normal distribution, the general staff of the prevalence of hyperuricemia 22.13%, male were 31.70%,female 12.83%(p<0.001); and uric acid levels of men were significantly higher than that of women [(387.92±80.83) umol/L, (288.12±72.41) umol/L, p<0.0001].3. men with increasing age of blood uric acid level has little effect, and serum uric acid levels for women increased gradually with age, particularly after the age of 50 the growth rate accelerated. Prevalence in men aged 40-50 was 35.69% stage, women 40-50 years of age in the period prevalence of 16.13% in 40-50 years the prevalence of higher stages.ResearchⅡ:Analysis of related factors in hyperuricemia of the teaching staff in Guangdong University of Technology1, the study HUA group SBP, DBP, PP, TG, FPG, CHO, BMI, LDL-C targets were significantly higher than NUA group, while HDL-C was significantly lower than the NUA group.2, compared with those with normal uric acid, hyperuricemia who are overweight (or) obesity, hypertension, high TG and the prevalence of dyslipidemia was significantly higher (P<0.01), high LDL-C prevalence rate of rise Higher (P<0.05) and high blood sugar, low HDL-C, the prevalence of high TC was no significant difference.3. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed:obesity, hypertension, high TG, dyslipidemia (high TG or low HDL-C viremia) is a risk factor of hyperuricemia (OR values were 2.571,1.988,2.185,1.810).ResearchⅢ:physical examination in 2008 were 475 hyperuricemia comprehensive intervention for 2 years and analyze the results.2008 healthy persons with high uric acid 475 2 years of comprehensive intervention and analysis:selected 475, the number of patients after treatment, hyperuricemia decreased from 475 to 117, down 24.63% percent prevalence rate,117 patients returned to normal in patients with uric acid. Before the intervention, mean uric acid 465.99±58.71umol/L, mean uric acid after the intervention of 414.90±82.55umol/L. Intervention there were significant differences before and after. Conclusion:With the improvement of living standards, lifestyle changes, Guangdong University of Technology Faculty prevalence of hyperuricemia of men high uric acid levels were significantly higher than that of women, particularly in the 40-50 year-old stage of relatively high prevalence. obesity, High blood pressure, high TG, dyslipidemia (high TG or low HDL-C viremia) is a high risk factor for hyperuricemia. hyperuricemia found in a comprehensive intervention can decrease the prevalence of 24.63%.24.63% of the patients returned to normal. Therefore, high serum uric acid in patients with a variety of metabolic disorders at the same time may be an important factor of the development of metabolic syndrome. Therefore, hyperuricemia performed comprehensive intervention is necessary...
