Chemotherapy (chemotherapeutics), it is a method which uses synthetic drugs for the disease. Chemotherapy is one of the main treatments of cancer and some autoimmune diseases, and one of the principal means, it uses chemical drugs to kill tumor cells, inhibit tumor cell growth and reproduction and the promotion of tumor cell differentiation as a treatment, it is a systemic treatment of primary tumors, metastases and treatment of subclinical metastases are the role of chemotherapy on cancer cells and normal cells because there is no ability to distinguish, many times after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the patients will suffer side effects such as losing hair, which leads to Some people fear the treatment, while there is a negative effect to patients'mood and feelings, and have resulting in decreased therapeutic effect.Head cold therapy can make local vasoconstriction, reduce blood flow, reduce cell metabolism and absorption, can reduce tissue oxygen metabolism, decrease to reduce local drug concentrations, thereby can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, and reduce hair loss effect . In the past, some literature, you can see many cases with homemade ice caps or ice packs to prevent hair loss, but the temperature of ice bag or ice cap can not be controlled.For the above this project, to design a system which includes a microcontroller that controls semiconductor to adjust temperature, and also can achieve local control of a medical cooling. Not only can the cooling system achieve temperature control, but also temperature data can be stored so that the doctors do the follow-up research to find that which time and what temperature treatment can have the best results.This paper introduces the working principle of semiconductor refrigeration technology and characteristics, and then introduces design structure of the cooling system, including three modules: sensor module, MCU control and data processing module, cooling module,When it works, the sensor module tests the current temperature, then through the use of the MCU control and data processing module to realize judgment and data processing, and finally it achieves the temperature control by the control of semiconductor refrigeration piece.Sensor module is mainly composed by DS18B20, due to its unique single line interface, which is to say one interface pins can communication, temperature range from - 55℃to + 125℃,it can turn temperature into digital in 1s, What's more vital is that its single bus can achieve multiple DS18B20 temperature measurement, so it satisfies the system demands regardless of from its measuring range, response time, and circuit reduction .MCU control and data processing module includes keyboard circuit which sets temperature, alarm circuit when the temperature is too high, data access circuit which records temperature displayed by LCD, data transmission circuit with PC, control source circuit and humanized design MP3, etc.MCU choice considers more peripheral modules, low power consumption and cost, we choose MSP430F149 here. It USES 16 bus, peripherals and memory unified addressing, addressing range can reach 64k ,storage device can be expended ,which has same interrupt management, rich chip peripheral modules, low power consumption are the other main characteristics.Data storage use the large capacity SD card, which has the advantages of the low power consumption, fast read/write speed, small in size, can repeated write, long life and safety, also can be use as an MP3 storage media.Refrigeration module mainly use semiconductor refrigeration technology, which composed by the semiconductor refrigeration slice and cooling device , refrigeration slice choose TEC1-03103 model , voltage: 3.7 V, current: 3.3 A, cold quantity: 7.5 W,maximum temperature difference 67℃size:20mm * 20mm*4.7 mm. Because of its small size, it is suitable for installation.Finally, we analyzed the experiment results concretely, analysis shows that the cooling effect are apparent, which can achieve medical refrigeration requirements.
