【Objective】The purpose of the research is to determine the value of BCA-2A to prediction the Dyslipidemia and Metabolic Syndrome using the analyse of BMI, WHR, WC, TFM.【Method】Extract a valid sample of 784 Beijing rural residents by the method of cluster sampling, Measured the height, weight, waist circumference(WC), hip circumference (HC), body composition, Blood pressure and High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),Total cholesterol(TC), Triglycerides(TG), Fasting plasma glucose of them, And calculated body mass index (BMI) and waist to hip ratio(WHR). Using the ROC curves determine the diagnostic values and ideal point.【Result】(1) The groups analysis with different BMI, WC, WHR, TFM showed that WC, WHR and TFM can give a sensitive response to the changes of body lipid; BMI, WC, WHR and TFM can give a sensitive response to the appearance of low HDL, high TG, Dyslipidemia and Metabolic Syndrome. (2) ROC curve analysis showed that the predictive Dyslipidemia and Metabolic Syndrome curves of WC, WHR, BMI, TFM above the reference line, the areas under the ROC curves of WHR, WC, TFM were greater than BMI for all male and female subjects. (3) According to the maximum Youden index for predicting the risk of Dyslipidemia, male ideal cutoff point of BMI was 24 kg/m2, WHR was 0.91, WC is 85cm, TFM is 7.5kg, female ideal cutoff point of BMI was 25 kg/m2, WHR 0.91, WC is 87cm, TFM was 9.5kg. (4) According to the maximum Youden index for predicting the risk of Metabolic Syndrome, male ideal cutoff point of BMI was 24 kg/m2, WHR was 0.91, WC is 85.3cm, TFM is 6.4kg, female ideal cutoff point of BMI was 24 kg/m2, WHR 0.91, WC is 87.7cm, TFM was 10.6kg.【Conclusion】Compared with BMI, the body fat distribution indices, such as WHR, WC and TFM have the higher predictive value for the risk of Dyslipidemia and Metabolic Syndrome.
