The treatment group to "FengKe Fang " day a dose of, Morning and evening, divided into two 2 times temperature oral, The control group to Flixotide(fluticasone 125μg×60 suction) Each morning and evening suction, Bricanyl(Terbutaline 2.5mg×20 pieces),2.5mg/times,oral, Three times one day Treatment for four weeks, Patients were observed before and after treatment TCM symptoms, signs and pulmonary function change.Results:After treatment, the two groups of patients were reduced significantly, symptom scores, Compared with before treatment are statistically significant differences (P<0.01), Two groups of patients after treatment, Treatment group total significant efficiency 90.00%,better than control group significant efficiency 73.33%, There were significant differences by statistical processing (P<0.05). Before treatment two groups compared lung function indexes (P>0.05), Two groups of difference was statistically significant, comparable. After treatment, the two groups of indexes have improved, P<0.05, Compared with before treatment were significant differences. After treatment,the comparison between the two groups have significant differences (P<0.05). Results show that both groups can improve patients with lung function. But in the treatment group is significantly improved.Conclusion:Clinically cough variant asthma easily misdiagnosed as bronchitis, airway cough syndrome, etc. And lead to more cough delay. Pulmonary function testing the CVA in diagnosis of decisive significance, Western medicine to standardized treatment with hormone and diastolic agent of bronchial. Initial effect is obvious, But there are more easily after recurrence and poor patients to hormone adherence characteristic. Traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in this respect, After treating CVA to "FengKe Fang", Patient symptoms and signs and pulmonary function improved are better than control group.
