Two groups of patients before and after treatment were performed airway excitation experiment, Leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ), cough symptoms integral and TCM syndrome curative effect comparison.Use the SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The quality of life observation:two groups all can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life, but the two groups compared significant difference (P<0.05), the observation group were better than control group; Observation group of patients physical, psychological and social factors of clinical significance, but is no statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05).(2)The TCM syndrome total efficacy results:two groups of control rate comparison, observation group is better than that of control group (P<0.05); Compared two groups total effective rate, observation group and control group no significant difference (P>0.05). In whole curative effect in two groups of the same, but the observation group improved more.(3)Single syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy results: traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in improving the observing group, cough, expectoration, lung condition anxious symptoms have significant difference with control group (P<0.05), the observation group were better than control group; Chinese traditional medicine group in the aspect of improving pharyngeal itching, symptoms of dry mouth and the western medicine control group no significant difference (P>0.05), two groups of curative effect, all can make patients with pharyngeal itching, lung condition anxious symptoms under control.(4)In the aspect of improve airway reactivity of curative effect:the two groups before and after treatment in changing value Dmin, SGrs value and airway proocation tests turn rate had no significant difference (P>0.05), which reduce airway hyperresponsiveness, two groups had no obvious curative effect.(5)Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (observation group) and western medicine treatment group (control group) in the process of treatment were not found obvious side effects.Conclusion:WenRunXin Jin prescription treat the wind-cold stay in the lung cough-variant asthma patients curative effect, also can improve the patient’s quality of life and related symptoms effectively, Especially in the physiological and psychological symptoms and relieve patients cough, sputum, chest, short treatment effect is better than that in control group, to improve the symptoms of patients with dry mouth and pharynx urticant similar efficacy with the control group.The western medicine control group can also make symptoms under control, but the overall curative effect and the improvement of the quality of life as Chinese medicine treatment group. But both groups are unable to reduce the patients airway reactivity. |
